Job objectives;-

• To oversee and manage the procurement process within the organization. It includes responsibilities related to sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the efficient acquisition of products and services to be used in our clients' construction projects
• To support the corporate future goals: be a Procurement Business Partner, Long-term agreement partnership, Global sourcing and international purchase

Key responsibilities;-

• Lead and manage the buyer team (both Engineering and general procurement) , providing guidance, support, and performance feedback

• Collaborate with relevant construction sites and projects as well as internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations to resolve issues of procured goods and services
• Utilize procurement software and technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
• Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Support the Procurement Division's management to perform the assigned duties and tasks

Qualifications;-

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields
• At least 5-7 years of experience in major equipment and/or construction materials procurement preferably in a construction or EPC environment (over 3 years in leading team)
• In-depth knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices
• Familiarity with ERP, procurement software, and tools.
• Good command of English Proficiency (Listening, Speaking, and Writing) is a must
