• Manage and lead engineering / drafting teams for medium to large scale projects to meet with the required schedule and budget
• Interaction and coordination with key stakeholders on the projects
• Mentor / Coach his or her team members to develop relevant skills
• Responsible for all project deliveries to achieve the required quality within the agreed schedule and budget
• Produce designs, documentation reports, proposals, and specifications to meet client requirements for reasonable complexity projects

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil Engineer or Structural Engineer
• Possess a Professional Engineer License certified by the Council of Engineers, Thailand is preferred.
• At least 15 years design experience with a consulting engineering company will be an advantage
• Proficient in English skills and computer literate
• Experience with High rise building type of project
• Knowledge of structural analysis programs like RAPT, ETABS, SAP 2000 and SAFE would be an advantage.
• Design experiences in RC structures, post-tensioned structures, and steel structures relevant to Building/Property business sector are required.
• Design experiences in tall building and large-scale projects would be an advantage.

Scope of work :

• Project Management and control budget for the infrastructure development and construction for Amata City Industrial Estate by Engineering standard, qualities control, quality assurance, quantity according to the master schedule and timeframe.
• Collaborate with the relevant department to achieve the project targets.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Manage and control the land and infrastructure development and construction for Amata City Industrial Estate and other assigned projects.
• Control and inspect the development and construction working qualities to perform the Amata group base on the engineering standards such as TIS., ASTM., ACI., AISC., JIS. And Others standards.
• Collaborate the consultant and advise the contractors to clear understand and comply to all Amata group requirements in order to provide the sustainable development of the Industrial Estate.
• Collaborate with the related internal and external departments to achieve the project targets such as marketing & sale, facility services, customer contractors, local government, PEA, design consultant etc.
• Responsible for progress, complaints, deficiencies report including to propose the necessary alternatives of the solution to Sr. Civil Engineer Department Manager.
• Responsible for Civil works Design and supervise all of the land and infrastructure for conceptual design and details design.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering (GPA > 2.75)
• At least 7-10 years of progressively related experience in infrastructure and construction.
• Minimum Level-I Professional Engineering license (สย.) from the Council of Engineers of Thailand.
• Act in a professional manner always abide by the non-disclosure agreement and Amata Group codes of conduct.
• Fluent in English specking, reading and writing (TOEIC > 500)
• Having knowledge and skill in project management and Auto Cad, Sketchup and Civil Engineering program.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill and work as a team works

Overview
The Manager - Structural engineering is responsible for all the shop drawings/cutting sheets/MTO/Purchase requisitions required for fabrication. He will be managing a team of structural detailers as well as managing CBIT's 3rd party detailing/design companies. He amin role is to organize and ensure shop is supported with all necessary drawings, cutting sketches and calculation required for fabrication/erection. This position is a technical role. This position communicates with outside detailers, Engineers, Fabrication Manager and Project Managers to assure that drawings are accurate prior to releasing to the fabrication shop.

Responsibilities

• Manages structural detailing (Includes both in-house and outsourced detailing/or design) to ensure on time and correctness of release drawings and calculation.
• Focal point for all OTQ. (Outgoing Technical Queries)
• Work under the instruction of the Project Manager to complete detailing within schedule, cost and quality.
• Raise RFI's, PCN and IIN's.
• Review 3D Model.
• Advance knowledge in 3D Modelling, shop detailing and design calculation.
• Responsible in preparation/checking of material requisition for shop fabrication work.
• Support with pre-contract clarification on engineering matters and MTO.
• Prepare detailing budgets and estimates for sales department.
• Manage a combined staff of engineers, detailers and CNC programmers (cutting sketches).
• Interacts with the management, production, and sales/marketing staff to discuss project strategies, project specifications and procedures.
• Coordinate and direct the engineering and detailing activities on the projects, making specific plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Participate in review of project design revisions and changes. Coordinate revisions with the Client, engineers, and Fabrication team to determine constructability and to meet fabrication requirements.
• Lead the process associated with engineering change orders, as required, to recover detailing costs incurred by revisions.
• Participate in recruitment of new employees, assign tasks, direct and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of employee competence.
• Prepare detailing budgets and estimates for sales department.
• Manage effectively Department budgets, schedules and competing priorities.
• Consult or negotiate with Sales to address and meet project specific detailing requirements.
• Set practical and achievable goals for the Fabrication Engineering / Detailing Department within the outlines provided by top management.
• Communicate effectively with all departments and customers that are served by the Fabrication Engineering / Detailing Department.
• Possess knowledge and experience in the advanced use, customization, and programming of CAD based software and/or detailing systems.
• Complete misc. Fabrication Engineering / Detailing Department related paperwork and reports as may be required by other departments.
• Attends safety meetings and actively supports TTM Safety Program

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in design and detailed engineering work.
• Advance knowledge in Tekla 3D Modelling
• Advance knowledge in Autocad 2D and 3D drawings.
• Experience in preparation of design calculation

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือสูงขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา, ก่อสร้างหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ ด้านควบคุมงานโครงสร้าง, ออกแบบโครงสร้างอย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
• เคยผ่านงานในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์, ธุรกิจรับสร้างบ้านจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
