Scope of work :

• Project Management and control budget for the infrastructure development and construction for Amata City Industrial Estate by Engineering standard, qualities control, quality assurance, quantity according to the master schedule and timeframe.
• Collaborate with the relevant department to achieve the project targets.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Manage and control the land and infrastructure development and construction for Amata City Industrial Estate and other assigned projects.
• Control and inspect the development and construction working qualities to perform the Amata group base on the engineering standards such as TIS., ASTM., ACI., AISC., JIS. And Others standards.

• Responsible for progress, complaints, deficiencies report including to propose the necessary alternatives of the solution to Sr. Civil Engineer Department Manager.
• Responsible for Civil works Design and supervise all of the land and infrastructure for conceptual design and details design.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering (GPA > 2.75)
• At least 7-10 years of progressively related experience in infrastructure and construction.
• Minimum Level-I Professional Engineering license (สย.) from the Council of Engineers of Thailand.
• Act in a professional manner always abide by the non-disclosure agreement and Amata Group codes of conduct.
• Fluent in English specking, reading and writing (TOEIC > 500)
• Having knowledge and skill in project management and Auto Cad, Sketchup and Civil Engineering program.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill and work as a team works

UNEP Ecosystem Division works with international and national partners, providing technical assistance and capacity development for the implementation of environmental policy, and strengthening the environmental management capacity of developing countries and countries with economies in transition. The Coordinating Body on the Seas of East Asia (COBSEA) is a regional intergovernmental mechanism and one of 18 Regional Seas programmes with nine participating countries – Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, and Viet Nam – aimed at the protection and sustainable development of the marine and coastal environment. COBSEA focuses on marine pollution, ecosystem-based marine and coastal planning and management, and ocean governance. The COBSEA Secretariat is hosted by Thailand in Bangkok and administered by UNEP. The Twenty-fourth Intergovernmental Meeting of COBSEA (IGM 24) adopted the 2019 Regional Action Plan on Marine Litter (RAP MALI) to guide regionally coherent action to reduce and prevent marine litter from land-based and sea-based sources, strengthen monitoring and assessment, and create an enabling framework for implementation. The 'Marine litter prevention through reduction, sustainable design and recycling of plastic packaging' (MA-RE-DESIGN) project, is implemented in partnership with the Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), with funding from the Government of Germany. MA-RE-DESIGN contributes to achieving the RAP MALI, and reducing plastic marine litter in the East Asian Seas region through capacity building and knowledge exchange of stakeholders in the region (including Thailand) related to reducing waste leakage and better management of plastic waste. Under the supervision of the COBSEA Coordinator, Contractor will provide technical support and data collection to achieve targets related to Output 4 of the project during the project extension (until July The post will be part of the Regional Seas Branch, Ecosystems Division of UNEP/COBSEA, supporting the implementation of COBSEA's Regional Action Plan on Marine Litter. The consultant will have the following key responsibilities: 1. Preparation of detailed workplan for the assignments 2. Preparation and convening of SEA of Solutions 2025 Forum, in coordination with identified partners 3. Capacity building tools and training related to MA-RE-DESIGN project are identified and shared 4. Job Description

The Structural Engineer will be based in Egis Global Design Center in Bangkok, with a mission to support international projects. The person will be responsible for carrying out design of structures under the supervision of a Design or Project Manager.

• Perform structural analysis and detailed design for various types of bridges, viaducts and other civil structures
• Prepare design and calculation reports
• Follow up with CAD and BIM production to be in accordance with the design performed
• Prepare bill of quantity
• Attend meetings, prepare /distribute meeting minutes
• Prepare technical reports, progress reports and other documentations
• Ensure quality of design deliverables including calculation reports and drawings
• Be familiar and comply with the company's Safety Policy and Quality Management System

The scope of Works covers, but is not limited to:

• Bridge and viaduct structures (substructures and superstructures)
• Elevated station structures (substructures and superstructures)
• Port structures
• Track work
• Other civil structures

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 0-3 years' experience in design.
• Appetency for bridge and structural design.
• Knowledge of using international codes such as Eurocodes, ACI, AASHTO.
• A first experience with a structural modelling software such as Sofistik, SCIA, Midas or similar
• Pack Office skills – Mastery of Excel is a must (VBA is a plus).

• Ensure quality and accuracy of designs following the concept designs and calculations : Reinforced Concrete, Steel, Beam, Column, Truss, Floor, Prestressed Structure and etc.
• Carry out design calculations and check design calculations.
• Produce design sketches.
• Prepare marked up drawings for CAD Department.
• Check shop drawings/materials submissions by contractors.
• Check design drawings.
• Advising and reporting to Team Leader/Project Engineer on adequacy of the services and performance of his subordinates.
• Ensure timely production of works allocated.
• Ensure correctness and quality of works carried out.
• Advise Team Leader/Project Engineer of opinions to improve the quality and efficiency of works.
• Attend site meetings/commissioning tests as necessary.
• Assist Project Engineer/Engineer I to prepare reports at concept and sketch design stages.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Structural Design in relation to building works particularly High-Rise Building,
• Factory, Community Mall would be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge in Structural Design Concept (Concrete & Steel Structure).
• Good knowledge of analysis and design with computer software such as ETABS, SAP, SAFE, Revit, AutoCAD.
