This position is designated as a Management Trainee role, with responsibilities including:
Lead on-site inspection and quality control across partner factories in Thailand (Samut Sakhon & Lampang). Consolidate and report production/quality issues to Taiwan/Shenzhen teams and follow through to resolution. Serve as the cross-border liaison aligning Thai factories with product design/planning requirements, and research, evaluate, and onboard new Thai factories that meet the company's quality and capacity standards.
Responsibilities:
Inspection & Quality Control:
- Supervise production processes at partner factories in Thailand and perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Record and report any quality issues identified during inspections and assist factories in implementing improvements.
Issue Consolidation & Reporting:
- Consolidate production and quality issues identified in Thailand factories and report them back to relevant departments in Taiwan and Shenzhen.
- Follow up on the resolution progress to ensure smooth communication.
Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a bridge between Thailand factories and Taiwan/Shenzhen product development teams (e.g., product design, product planning), aligning requirements to ensure smooth production.
- Regularly hold meetings or provide reports to ensure information transparency across departments.
New Factory Development:
- Research and evaluate potential new factories in Thailand suitable for the company's products.
- Establish cooperation with new factories and ensure they meet company quality and production requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years of work experience in Quality Control (QC/QA), Supplier Quality, or a related field within a factory setting.
- Fluent in both Thai and Mandarin Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is required
for coordination with teams in Taiwan and factories in Thailand. - A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Experience in the Trading, Home Decor, or Sourcing industry is a plus.
- Experience working with international teams, especially from Taiwan or China, will be given special consideration.
- Has a personal car.
- Flexible and available to travel and work in Samut Sakhon and Lampang.

- Ensure proper implementation of 13MR in his/her area of responsibility.

- Train the suppliers and make sure that the defined standards are properly applied
- Monitor the Production Part Approval before the transfer to the plant and hand over to the plant SQA Engineer
- Manage action plans with suppliers in case of deviations
- Conduct supplier panel assessments in accordance to the commodity/the process & technology responsibilities
- Take the leadership to uphold the commitment to CoE, CoM and other internal compliance policy in the responsible team and relevant business partners to ensure that it is distributed to all employees and that each employee adheres to it.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Quality or related field.
*Experience: *
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality development or similar role within an industrial environment (automotive preferred).
*Skills and Competencies: *
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
- Results-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities.

- University/college/ master's degree in mechanical engineering related
- +5 year working experience in quality control & engineering function
- Familiar with common international certification (ISO9000, QS9000, TS16949, SA8000).
- Require Audit Skill to conduct SQA and SA to the supplier side
- Be able to use Microsoft Office (EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK)
- Fluent English communication skills, Chinese is preferable
- Excellent Problem-Solving Skill (PDCA, 5W, 8D, DMAIC, LEAN)
- Project Management
- Ability of using SAP, Minitab is a plus

Job Description
- Contact person for quality-related questions with a focus on "mechanical components" for suppliers and internal departments
- Carrying out the technical incoming goods inspection (incl.Initial sample inspection) with decision on use (incl.documentation)
- Creation of inspection plans for the incoming goods inspection
- Creation and implementation of quality complaints to suppliers after internal inspection
- Initiation and implementation of measures to improve suppliers (e.g.B.Q-circles with suppliers)
- Responsibility for ensuring the sustainability of corrective actions as well as internal and external documentation
- Blocking and release of materials incl.initiating necessary measures (performing, organizing and monitoring error analyses)
- Acceptance of material quality-specific rework
- Carrying out stock checks
- Participation in project and product meetings
- Participation in customer and certification audits
Requirements:
- Completed as an engineer of mechanics/mechatronics or related.
- Experience in handling measuring equipment in the mechanical field
- Reading/understanding of technical drawings
- Assertiveness
- Analytical thinking skills
- Initiative with an independent way of working
- Ability to act independently
- Experience in quality management is an advantage
- Willingness to work flexible hours according to requirements
- Willingness to undergo further training
- Knowledge of SAP and English is desirable
