The Analyst – OSS provides operational and analytical support to the Supply Chain Intelligence and Solutions Department. The role is designed to add value by enabling efficient planning, data management, category and vendor management, process improvement, digital solution development and support, and knowledge sharing across the department. The Analyst will play an important part in supporting OSS to achieve in driving supply chain excellence, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering  continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and Performance Monitoring

• Consolidate and analyze data for annual work programs, budgets, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Forecast & Inventory Planning

• Develop and maintain sales forecasts for Amazon FBA (USA, Canada, AU) and domestic B2B
• Analyze historical sales, seasonality, promotions, and campaigns to project demand

This role is critical to ensuring smooth procurement, compliance with BOI regulations, and alignment between Thai operations and Chinese headquarters.
