**Job Scope:**
The OV/OTE Planner is integral part of the overall Supply Chain Organization and is responsible for the End to end flow of TE products from TE Suppliers to TE Customers. + MRP exception reports for Finished Goods while optimizing on-hand inventory and meeting service requirements. Execute all MRP exception messages (07, 10, 15, 20, 26).
+ Leads continuous improvement activity, individually and with teams to impact planning KPIs.
+ For finished goods, perform root causes analysis of late deliveries in support of corrective actions needed to drive delivery improvement. Able to perform similar actions proactively for future demand. Drive stock fulfilment for preferred and standard parts.
+ Reduce Past dues, Manage Pull-ins and drive improvement actions
+ Review and manage monthly S&OP and MPS with critical supplier (Supplier STC, LT accuracy, PO review), finalize Report Out of Supply Review
+ Elevate supply issues to manager, work for resolution and execute the determined course of action.
+ Perform with minimal costs of premium freight to ship out finished products to meet customer requirements. Use of express shipments should be approved by Planning Manager in case of delays.
+ Highlight component delivery issues to Strategic Buyer to ensure components are available to support the delivery schedule, expediting / de-expediting as appropriate
+ Manage inventory levels in order to maximize inventory turns for FG and subcontracting components. Execute Scrap process.
+ Place Purchase Order following GIATP process.
+ Analysis & maintenance of all planning related reports, files & documents including Team & Supplier Performance

**Detailed Description**
**Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:**
+ **P** **roactively manage material shortages, ensuring Clear to Builds through collaboration with Purchasing and SLM.**
+ **Act as a liaison for new product requirements, and ensure accurate and timely demand management.**
+ **Effectively manage excess, surplus, and obsolete inventory, mitigating risk and driving inventory entitlement targets.**
+ **Maintain accurate Bills of Materials and collaborate on engineering changes.**
+ **Execute actions to achieve inventory goals (cash adjusted, turns), including accurate projections.**
+ **Ensure production schedules meet customer requirements for high on-time delivery.**
+ **Perform material/capacity analysis and Financial Impact Analysis (FIA) before loading MPS; monitor MPS accuracy.**
+ **Manage the review and disposal of non-conforming materials and handle RMA orders.**
+ **Monitor ROP & SS, and ensure proper execution of the SIOP process.**
+ **Manage team performance, development, and compensation. Reassign personnel to optimize work.**
+ **Act as a liaison with customers and manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews.**
+ **Collaborate on supply flex programs, drive inventory management operating systems, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).**
+ **Ensure logistics commitments are met and adhere to global procedures and policies.**
+ **Monitor weekly purchasing KPI's and escalate when material availability issues impact production.**
**Typical Experience**
+ Requires 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, ideally within an electronic manufacturing environment, with the capability to effectively handle the complex responsibilities of this role.
+ Prior experience with ERP and Rapid Response Kinaxis systems is advantageous, coupled with a strong foundation in statistical analysis and global trade
+ Fluency in Chinese (both written and spoken) and prior experience working in China or with Chinese companies is highly preferred.
**Typical Education**
+ Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Economics, Engineering) or Business Administration with a strong analytical focus is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Job Description**:
**1. Job Purpose**:
Supply Chain Manager acts as the first point of contact with regards to all Supply Chain matters for the Business Units assigned. Ensure orders are produced and delivered to customers on time and with high quality. Supervise, coordinate with all related parties and solve problems. Lead and drive all aspects of Supply Chain from initial product approval through final finished goods in order to achieve department and brand goals and objectives.

- Work daily with 3PL to ensure the stocks can be supplied with quality to all customers. Also optimize the inventory level at distribution centre.
- Work with 3PL to develop long term relationship. The on-going developments with 3PL are also required to be planned and executed.
- Work closely with sourcing, quality assurance and logistics team to ensure the smooth operation especially for the promotion or new business model.
- Solve day-to-day SCM operational issue, e.g. short supply delivery, short allocation at stores, etc.
- Continuous improve working process and bring innovation to business.
- Ensure all KPIs are achieved.
- Handle other special projects as assigned.

**Job Description**:

This position is responsible for stock management of supply chain & logistics execution for Minor International PCL. Coordinate with our suppliers and 3PL to ensure a least cost on time delivery system that maintains product integrity, optimum stock level and DIF as per KPI target.

2. Main Responsibilities:

- Work closely with marketing and operation team to proper manage the promotion to minimize stock out and left over stocks after promotion. The drivers will be the forecast accuracy and stock monitoring along the promotion. This requires an ongoing communication with all parties to ensure the success.
- Define inventory policy for each item and ensure all parties implemented the policy properly
- Work daily with 3PL to ensure the stocks can be supplied with quality to all customers. Also the inventory level at distribution centre will be optimized.
- Work with 3PL to develop long term relationship. The on-going developments with 3PL are also required to be planned and executed.
- Identify and execute cost saving and improvement opportunities in supply chain planning and execution area including network planning, inventory optimization, etc. It can be in the process, organization and information technology areas.
- Work closely with sourcing and quality assurance to ensure the smooth operation especially for the promotion
- Manage all related projects to ensure the deadline and budget can be met.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- 8 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics with leadership experiences
- Able to use SAP or other ERP system
- Very good command of conversational English both in speaking and writing
