Responsibilities:

·    Determine the reasonable inventory level: comprehensively consider factors such as market demand forecast, production cycle, and supply chain stability to determine the optimal inventory quantity of various automotive products and parts.

·    Optimize inventory structure: ensure that the inventory ratio of different models and different parts is reasonable. For example, for best-selling models, a relatively high inventory level should be maintained, while for slow-selling models, inventory should be reduced; at the same time, sufficient inventory of key parts should be ensured to avoid affecting vehicle production due to shortage of individual parts.

·    Control inventory costs: including storage costs, capital occupation costs, etc.

·    Optimize storage layout to reduce storage costs and reasonably arrange inventory funds to reduce capital occupation costs, etc., to achieve effective control of inventory costs.

·    Improve inventory turnover rate: speed up the circulation of parts in the warehouse and reduce inventory backlog time. For example, by optimizing production plans and sales processes, products can flow from warehouses to the market faster and improve capital utilization efficiency.

·    Inventory monitoring and adjustment: establish a real-time inventory monitoring system to keep abreast of dynamic changes in inventory.  Adjust inventory strategies at any time according to actual conditions. For example, when market demand suddenly increases, replenish inventory in a timely manner; when inventory backlogs occur, take promotional measures to speed up inventory digestion.

Qualifications:

·    A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.

·    Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related logistics role.

·    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.

·    Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage inventory effectively.

Responsibilities:

Import/Export  & Customs Management

o   Oversee the importation process, ensuring compliance with Thai import regulations.

o   Manage import/export customs clearance and logistics coordination to prevent shipment delays and additional costs. .

o   Manage import/export logistics vendors and evaluate their service and lead time .

Central Stock & Inventory Management

o   Monitor central warehouse stock levels and ensure accurate inventory tracking.

o   Implement regular inventory audits and reconciliation processes.

Stock Planning & Allocation

o   Develop stock planning strategies for e-commerce, retail stores, and pop-up events.

o   Analyze demand forecasts and optimize inventory replenishment to reduce stockouts or excess stock.

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

o   Track stock movements, coordinate warehouse transfers, and ensure efficient inventory flow.

o   Reduce costs and improve stock turnover efficiency.

o   Compare vendor resources to reduce the transportation cost .

Cross-Functional Collaboration

o   Work closely with business development, e-commerce, and retail teams to align inventory planning with sales forecasts.

o   Summarize the weekly outbound status of goods and provide information to align with the sales strategy.

o   Implement digital inventory tracking tools for real-time stock monitoring.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, or import/export logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Thai import regulations, customs clearance, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize stock levels.
• Experience in anime, gaming, or pop culture merchandise logistics is a plus.
