3. Raw material consumption plan
- Prepare 12-weeks raw material consumption planning for responsible product manufactured in Thailand
- As requested, timely advise raw material consumption plan for key raw material items for purchasing team to prepare purchasing and negotiation strategy
- Update master information of raw material consumption including packaging in production planning program
- Coordinate with Plant Store for raw material stock replenishment
4. Reporting
- Provide 12-weeks production capacity planning of inhouse product to plant
- Provide weekly or monthly supply planning of trading products to supplier/purchasing & plant warehouse for PR/PO creation
- Provide 12-week raw material consumption planning
- Assist problem solving in production planning issues
- Coordinate consolidation of reports and prepare the monthly S&OP meeting
- Prepare report from production planning, supply planning & inventory management i.e. production attainment report, sale forecast variance report and inventory report on monthly basis
Job Qualifications:
