Position Summary:

Supply Chain Planning officer will oversee inventory and stock replenishment planning for warehouse and store levels. The role includes managing the SAP system to create purchase orders (PO)and other required documents. The position requires close coordination with the operations team for effective stock and inventory management at the store level.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Replenishment Planning:

• Oversee and manage the planning and execution of stock replenishment to warehouse and store levels.
• Collaborate with Operation team to ensure stock maintenance at store to avoid any out of stock for required materials.
• Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to meet business demands while minimizing excess inventory focus on warehouse and store level.
• Work closely with stakeholders for inventory management, demand forecast, stock replenishment and warehouse operation.

SAP System Management:

• Utilize SAP systems to create and manage purchase orders (PO), and other necessary documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the creation and processing of all SAP-related documents.

Coordination and Communication:

• Act as the key point of contact between the supply chain team with related parties, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Address and resolve any issues related to stock discrepancies or supply chain interruptions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed decisions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, stock levels, and replenishment activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management , Engineering , Business Administration is preferred
• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Replenishment, Inventory Management, Demand Planning.
• Have 1 - 2 years of experience in Inventory Management for Beverage or Dry food.
• Have experience in Retail or FMCG business would be advance.
• Managing inventory level as assigned Department to be the right quantity, the right place and the right time at lowest cost.
• Good Analytic skills /Problem solving / Decision Maker / Proactive type of interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table)

The Supply Planner role is responsible for devising a production plan and managing the execution of the plan in order to support business needs. A Supply Planner acts as a key connector between Demand Planning and Manufacturing. It is the responsibility of the Planner to understand the business and to build a responsive network that can react to the volatility of the market while managing inventory levels, non-finished good material availability, and waste implications. Main Responsibilities
• Translate customer demand into a supply plan.
• Ensure stocks are available as per delivery schedule to fulfil sales requirements.
• Monitor production output and ensure to meet Output Reliability targets.
• Coordinate with production on the capacity and production on the weekly schedule.
• Monitor short and long capacity planning via Capacity Planning Tool and the category business waste number.
• Measure and work on improvement of Supply Network Planning in SAP via accuracy of master data.
• Coordinate with cross-functional on new product launch/promotion/packaging changes to ensure delivery on time and in full.
• Ensure the right quantity is produced for the right plant location in the system.
• Prepare monthly reporting
• Expanded experience to include the retail business by leading end-to-end supply chain planning for the Fab Clean Liquid innovation project. Ensured sourcing units and distribution networks were fully prepared for the new product launch/Transition, including material readiness, capacity planning, and logistics setup.
• Champion inventory waste reduction for the Home Care category by driving strategic plans aligned with business targets and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
• Share insights on driving better, healthier stock levels in the respective categories.
• Ensure safety, health and environmental compliance as required by National legislation and Unilever standards. Candidate Criteria Experience & Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, innovation management, or project coordination in FMCG or related industries.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in planning tools (SAP, Kinaxis, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).

1. Engineering Qualifications Oversight

Lead and manage Engineering Qualification initiatives focused on cost savings, manufacturing resiliency, and quality improvements across ADI factories.

1. System & Tool Ownership for Supply Chain and Manufacturing

Spearhead continuous improvement of SCM and manufacturing systems/tools supporting Global New Product Introductions and Engineering Qualifications (e.g., AFO Product Release/Prime, ICO, IRAC, CP3/REL Dashboards, Primary Test Location. Collaborate closely with IT developers, business process owners, and stakeholders to:

1. Initiate and document system requirements

2. Validate system logic

3. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

4. Facilitate post-deployment reviews

5. Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement

Conduct regular meetings with project leads and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

1. Factory Implementation Support

Drive and oversee the rollout of new and improved processes and tools across manufacturing sites.

1. Cross-Functional Process & System Integration

Participate in cross-functional initiatives to assess and mitigate impacts on existing systems and tools, ensuring seamless integration and operational continuity.

1. Leading and Training of new hire Analyst

2. Ensure that the company's commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.

3. Be aware of the company's quality and environmental policies.

Qualifications.

• Minimum of 10 years in Supply Chain functions and a deep understanding of planning systems, tools, procedures, and processes. Background in backlog or product management is an advantage
