Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Fulfilment Activities

• 4PL/3PL new part creation
• Monthly expired/write off validation & submit
• Softcopy filing for SCM docs (PO, GR, Invoice, PL, etc)

Requirements:

• Complete, in depth understanding of all aspects of the supply chain process including fulfilment order processing, logistic, transport, warehousing, inventory skill, import & export operations
• Customer service experience and system familiarity preferred
• Embraces change, challenges status quo and makes recommendations for improvements to products and processes. Creates tools that help simplify job tasks and shares these with others
• Related experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Manufacturing environment or related production industry experience preferred.

Main Responsibilities

1. Import & Export Compliance
   • Prepare and verify import/export documents (customs declaration, CIQ/plant inspection, etc.) to ensure accuracy.
   • Follow up on shipment batches (LOT14/16/19…), report exceptions in a timely manner.
   • Assist Finance in verifying the cost of official importation, ensuring completeness of records.

2. Warehouse & Logistics Management
   • Liaise with warehouse for inbound, outbound, and inventory checking, ensuring data accuracy.
   • Prepare delivery plans, coordinate with 3rd-party logistics, and ensure timely delivery to stores.
   • Monitor damaged/near-expiry materials, reduce waste.

3. Vendor & Cost Coordination
   • Follow up on settlement with freight forwarders, warehouses, and logistics partners, ensuring accurate reconciliation.
   • Conduct basic evaluation of vendor performance (timeliness, cost), propose improvements.

4. Process & Data Support
   • Build batch data library, standardize customs/inspection documentation.
   • Generate monthly supply chain reports (delivery timeliness, cost summary, exception analysis).
   • Support Supply Chain Manager in process optimization, reducing communication cost.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management or related fields.

2. 1–3 years' experience in supply chain/import-export/warehouse logistics; FMCG or food import experience preferred.

3. Familiar with customs clearance procedures and common documents (customs declaration, CIQ, plant inspection, etc.).

4. Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics management, able to follow up independently.

5. Proficient in Excel/ERP/financial systems, able to prepare reports and conduct data analysis.

6. Strong communication, execution ability, high responsibility, able to work under pressure.

7. Proficiency in Chinese language is required.

The Senior Supply Chain Specialist plays a key role in leading the procurement and logistics functions to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality acquisition and delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
