Fulfilment Activities

  • 4PL/3PL new part creation

Customer service

Requirements:

  • Complete, in depth understanding of all aspects of the supply chain process including fulfilment order processing, logistic, transport, warehousing, inventory skill, import & export operations
  • Customer service experience and system familiarity preferred
  • Embraces change, challenges status quo and makes recommendations for improvements to products and processes. Creates tools that help simplify job tasks and shares these with others
  • Related experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Manufacturing environment or related production industry experience preferred.

Senior Supply Chain Specialist:

Responsibilities:

1.   Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

  • Coordinate and manage Complex split shipments to multiple international destinations, ensuring compliance with regulations and on-time delivery. Track order progress and communicate status updates to the relevant teams.
  • Help resolve supply chain bottlenecks, delays, or issues that arise during project execution.
  • Contribute to cost-efficiency and process improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
  • Perform side tasks to help Directors in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Open to foreign and local candidates.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or project coordination roles.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment undergoing transformation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
  • Energetic, solution-oriented, and a strong team player.

Salary depending on experience + group commissions + yearly bonus + pension fund + medical insurance
