What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing customer orders, generating quotations, and maintaining client records
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide commercial support during implementations together with customer owner (SOP, SLA, a.o.)
- Actively participate in Trial Shipments process with Operations to ensure high quality service
- Support in the arrangement and preparation of meetings for other sales functions and roles
