What is your mission?
Lead the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the company's network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Firewalls, VPN, Load Balancers).
Oversee daily operations, ensuring network availability, stability, and security across multiple sites.
Proactively monitor and analyze network performance, identifying and resolving complex issues.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for incidents that cannot be resolved by junior administrators.
Plan and execute network upgrades, configuration changes, and security enhancements in coordination with the IT Infrastructure and Security teams.
Develop and enforce network policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with IT governance and security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).
Maintain accurate network documentation including topology diagrams, configuration baselines, and access control records.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior network and IT staff.
Work closely with vendors and service providers for advanced support and project delivery.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in network administration or a related IT infrastructure role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
Strong expertise in networking technologies including TCP/IP, Routing , Switching, VLANs, VPN, Wireless, and QoS.
Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade network devices such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, FirePower, ForcePoint, or equivalent.
Solid understanding of network security principles, firewall management, IDS/IPS, and access control.
Proficiency with monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Wireshark).
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work across teams and present to management.
Experience in multi-site enterprise or data center environments is a plus.
