As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier technical support to end users across our global network. Responsibilities and Duties

  • End User Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to end users across the organization, addressing issues related to operating systems, networking, printers, VPN, shared folders, and productivity software. Providing employees, and remote Thailand employees, with appropriately configured endpoint hardware and access to corporate resources.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by end users, utilizing your expertise in OS, network, printer, VPN, shared folder, and productivity software issues (e.g., connecting to internet, Wi-Fi, network, VPN, etc.).
  • Global Project Collaboration: Work closely with the corporate IT Team to successfully implement global IT projects, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to project timelines.
  • Critical Issue Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical network and system issues that may impact business operations.
  • System Monitoring: Proactively monitor the IT infrastructure for performance issues and potential vulnerabilities, taking preventive measures as needed.

  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with technology vendors for procurement, support, and maintenance of hardware, software, and services. Act as an interface between third-party vendors to coordinate, log, track, and follow up on IT issues.
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance (e.g., maintenance of IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, UPS, printers, servers, CCTV, NAS, etc.). Daily backup monitoring and quarterly restoration of data to ensure backup integrity.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for end users to enhance their technical skills and empower them to address common IT issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize IT processes and enhance the user experience through automation and innovation.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of Tier 2 or Tier 3 support or administrative experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10+11, MS Server 2019, and above
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Command line tools in Windows , and PowerShell)
  • Network configurations (Local switch network ports, WIFI, MS Active Directory)
  • Ability to maintain a work log of job tickets and maintenance tasks in JIRA Service Desk

Basic Requirements:
  • At least 3 years proven experience in system administration, infrastructure, and database management.
  • Skills in Unix, Databases, and Infrastructure maintenance.
  • Cloud service experience, esp. Amazon Web Services would be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and access control.
  • Hands-on experience with backups, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools.
