• Develops and/or modifies, application software according to specifications and requirements.

• Creates documents of application software according to corporate-standards.
• Maintains the latest application software and related documents in the support library.
• Performs and/or supports installation of application software in test and production environment of customer.
• Supports maintenance of application software in production environment of customer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering/ Information Technology. or related fields .

Responsibilities:

-Encodes project requirements by converting Business requirement, Functional Specification into computer language.

-Prepares System Integration Test (SIT) document.

-Confirms program operation by conducting tests, modifying program sequence and/or codes.

-Write Clear and Detailed Technical Specifications and Documentation

Qualification:

-5+ Years experienced in software development and at least 3+ years in System Analyst role.

-Strong knowledge in RPG/400, RPGLE, CL400, Sub-file, SQL programming.

-Strong in requirement gathering and translating business requirements to system requirements.

-Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, and work as a team

-Experience in Database concept / Database Design, Workflow, Create Flow Diagram, and Specification.

-Through Understanding of Computer Architecture, Operating Systems, and Data Structures

• Having Insurance or Financial Service knowledge will be an advantage.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a
Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
to assist in analyzing business needs and supporting system improvements. This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis, system design, and process automation. You will work closely with both business and technical teams to help document requirements, improve workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives. Strong English communication skills and PowerPoint presentation expertise are essential for creating clear, concise, and impactful reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze and optimize business processes and system workflows.
• Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for system updates and process improvements.
• Develop reports and documentation to enhance business efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure practical, scalable solutions.
• Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Learn and apply BI tools (Power BI, SpotFire) and workflow automation.

Qualifications
REQUIRED:

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science and Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field

• Basic understanding of business processes and system development
