• To review the solution in software   development, software monitoring and DevSecOps domains and provide recommendation to ensure its' align EA strategy and guideline to deliver automated software delivery and monitoring

• To review design and integration of IT solutions and API specification template
• To define and review TOM of API implementation ,and API Governance Process such   as onboarding, API publish

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree in, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in design pattern, software architecture and modern software engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in coding using various of modern programming language e.g. Java, .Net, , Go, Swift, Kotlin, Scala, Rust, Dart, Python
• Experience in POC/Pilot leading especially related to modern programming language, modern framework, modern library, mobile application development, cloud native application development, microservices architecture, event-driven architecture
• Experience in modern software development technology stack & tools e.g. API gateway, OAuth, JWT, event streaming, remote cache, CI/CD pipeline.
• Ability to lead teams and strong skills in the management of internal and external interfaces.
• Proven analytical skills, especially in analysis of complex IT dependencies.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and work under pressure.
• Client Oriented with strong relationship management
• Understanding on how to drive change in enterprise culture
• TOGAF training and certification is preferred.

• To execute Poon Phol group system Infrastructure architecture and technology roadmap, and drive activities to transform all clusters to the roadmap.

• To establish and monitor system, data backup and recovery policies as part of the DT BCP with the DT Clusters, ensuring all clusters operate effectively.
• To evaluate hardware, software, and network performance within the DT Clusters, including regular test reviews and data analysis to preemptively address potential operational issues.
• To co-operate the system enterprise, Cloud technology and security monitoring program and enforce controls in accordance with corporate DT guidelines across all DT clusters.
• To manage key vendor relationships, facilitate key-user meetings, and recommend innovative technologies to enhance efficiency.
