The Talent Attraction Coordinator performs the end-to-end administrative support for the recruitment process, including Interview Scheduling and management in our Applicant Tracking System to ensure seamless candidate tracking. You help with offer letter creation and conduct pre-onboarding activities, maintaining accuracy and timely communication.
As a coordinator you closely co-operate with the Talent Attraction Partner and with the Hiring Manager as well as with our candidates to ensure a professional candidate experience.

+ Ensure payroll-related data (time attendance, leave accruals) is accurately prepared and submitted to Finance on a monthly basis.
+ Organize employee activities and office engagement programs such as Employee Relations initiatives, farewell gatherings, birthday celebrations, and annual health check-ups.
+ Act as a point of contact for employee welfare matters and promote a supportive workplace environment.
+ Manage visa and work permit processes for all expatriates, ensuring full compliance with Immigration Bureau and Ministry of Labor regulations.
+ Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws, regulations, and ensure compliance at all times.
+ Oversee general office administration, including office supplies, pantry management (water, snacks), Wednesday luncheons, and other welfare arrangements.
+ Ensure smooth daily operations of the Bangkok Office in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

- Maintain relationships with the Social Security Bureau and Housing Provident Fund Centre.
- Assist Human Resources Manager to handle work permits, visas, etc. for foreign team members.
- Update the manning headcount and comply with the monthly manning report.
- Process all personnel action forms coming in / out of the HR office, assist with the admin procedures for employee confirmation, promotion / demotion, transfer, salary adjustment and resignation, ensuring that all forms and database are properly processed, filed and updated.
- Responsible for the HR system management and maintenance to ensure validity and accuracy.
- Adhere to the hotel's security and emergency policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all team members have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel's team member rules and regulations.
- Assist to organize team member activities and communication meetings.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
