Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a regional or global capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to build recruiting strategy, employer branding, candidate management, talent sourcing with emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRMs, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Ability to work onsite full-time at the Bangkok office.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting positions in Sales or Operations is preferred
