The Compliance & Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing statutory reporting, legal compliance, and tax management for the company. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting requirements, including the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.
+ Oversee the company's tax strategy, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with Thai tax laws. This further includes:
+ Lead and manage special projects related to statutory, legal, and tax compliance

+ Manage and coordinate statutory audits, providing necessary documentation and information to auditors.

+ Document financial processes and document desktop procedures for knowledge sharing and clear guidelines available for all team members are in place. Further develop and optimize this documentation, assuring the application of best practices in compliance with company's internal control framework
+ Provide training and support to finance and accounting staff on compliance and tax matters.
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
+ Minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on statutory reporting, legal compliance, and tax.
+ Experience with a major audit firm (e.g., Big Four: Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) is is highly desirable
+ Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws.
+ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
+ Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
+ Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsible for management and statutory reporting requirements, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, in compliance with SPBT s policies and generally accepted accounting principles. The Reporting Manager leads the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and analysis of multiple legal to facilitate assessment and performance reviews, identification of key issues and development of corrective action plans. The role assists Controller in providing effective accounting support on business issues and initiatives.
**Job responsibilities**:
Thai Bev reporting and analysis of actual results to ensure the quality, timeliness and integrity of financial statements.
Ensure all income statement, balance sheet and cash flow items are properly classified and reported, adjustments and validations are resolved prior to reporting results.
Lead monthly financials preparation and review process, including circulation of monthly closing & reporting timelines.
Ensure standard account definitions & processes are in place to ensure consistent/ accurate recording & reporting of transactions.
Work with business to develop process for compliance with new reporting requirements e.g. A&M and commodity reporting.
Work closely with Suntory Group and PepsiCo and track closure of all closing related issues before submission.
Prepare, consolidate and present monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting packages and variance analysis (HFM, reports, compliance documents, and presentations).
Communicate all reporting deadlines and partner with Plant Finance Manager, Sales Finance Manager & Assistant Controller to develop plan and ensure that all submissions are within the stipulated timeline.
Manage intercompany, ensure timely reconciliation and booking of monthly transactions for Interco (also book monthly income tax accruals).
Lead preparation of statutory accounts for both legal entities, including support during external audit and other statutory audits (e.g. tax).
Ensure timely and accurate capitalization of Fixed Asset and Asset Under Construction (AUC) / Construction Work in Progress (CWP) in the system (SAP) for PTT Bev. Assets and monthly deprecation to ensure compliance of accounting policies and procedures.
Ensure robust control on physical verification of Fixed Asset, particularly MEM assets, and identification of transfer/disposal/idle asset.
Lead development of balance sheet reviews, ensure quality of all balances and follow-up to close pending issues.
Support in BAIC, working/ non-working A&M, GNG, COC reporting, and other deliverables and projects as per business need.
Support on inquiries regarding reported financials or policy clarifications.
Develop process for reporting and review of actual results.

**Skill and Experience**:
BBA and Master degree in Finance or Accounting.
