Scope of work:

Job Description

  • Project documentation and project filing to all online sharing and offline platforms as per required
  • Ensuring that the files in the onboarding pack and online sharing platforms are up to date
  • Collation for certificate of insurance and submission to project compliance coordinator
  • Support in the Purchase Order requisition process
  • To prepare formal project progress and other reports includes but not limited to weekly progress report, master schedule, risk register and audit documentation tracker
  • Supports in the preparation of the project execution plan
  • Liaise closely with the local project managers to obtain the information that is required

  • To attend meetings and draft minutes

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering disciplines, project management, construction management, architecture or equivalent
  • 5-8 years experience from consultancy background is preferred with manufacturing, industrial, data center, base build construction preferred
  • Experience and knowledge of the main project management concepts, reporting, tools and techniques
  • Team player with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear explanations
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
  • Ability to write reports, draft minutes and attend meetings with international clients
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products &, preferable to be proficient in Microsoft project, Microsoft Power BI
