As the Technician - Data Center, you will be responsible for effectively performing assigned tasks in a data center, including general datacenter, servers and network devices setup, maintenance and troubleshooting. You will be accountable for setup and operational functions, assembly, equipment operation, general maintenance and housekeeping at assigned project locations.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform weekly sweeps of server and storage equipment in the data center, detecting hardware and network connectivity issues; collect and analyze ipmi-sel data and vendor-specific platform management logs
+ Diagnose server and storage equipment connectivity issues, including basic troubleshooting of network transceiver and optical fiber signal strength problems, using tools and procedures established in the data center
+ Use collected diagnostic information to engage vendor support organizations (HPE, Dell, IX, etc.) by opening support cases and following up on hardware fixes and investigations as requested
+ Collaborate with the data center operations team to manage the logistical aspects of the break-and-fix process, including escorting vendor contractors for repairs and ensuring alignment with established operational practices
+ Oversee the logistical aspects of Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes for components such as rPDUs, network switches, and field-replaceable units (PSU, fan modules, controller modules)
+ Provide hardware support for installations, moves, additions, and changes
+ Decommission IT equipment such as HDD/SSD, networks, servers, storage, and backup devices
+ Conduct regular physical and visual inspections of equipment and data center facilities
+ Manage inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure asset accuracy
+ Update documentation for structured cabling and materials during new installations
+ Oversee capacity management in terms of space, power, cooling, and patch panel port availability
+ Understand and follow incident and change management processes

**Qualifications:**

Responsibility- Develop ETL scripting data pipeline from RAW zone, Curated zone, DWH zone- Design and develop scripting on best practices to do historical data (slowly changed data), Changed Data Capture (CDC) with selected framework such as Python Explore and identify existing structured data source- Define and transform business logic / business requirement to build data mart, data model by working with Data Architecture- Develop Data Management policy, support and QA activities of data management developments.- Create and maintain data standards across the organization to ensure a consistent view of data across the organization.- Define the optimal solution to collect, store, manage, distribute, and maintain enterprise data assets on on-premise and cloud- Maintain best practices on managing Data Lake platform and services across all environments such as RHEL, Airflow, MSSQL, Jupyter, R studio server, Anaconda- Administer and configure BI environments, such as Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server- Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.- Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using eco-system of on-premise HDP platform and Azure ‘big data’ cloud technologies.- Manage deployment operations by using CI/CD tools Such as Jenkins, CodeCommit, Rancher (kubernetes) etc.- Enable DevOps by moving code from Dev/ Test to Production and Troubleshoot issues along the CI/CD pipeline.- Explore and identify existing structured data source such as EDW, ODS, Ops CRM, the identified data will be used as data sources- Develop Data Management policy, support and QA activities of data management developments.- Tomanage and negotiate with related parties on the data usage and privacy policy.

Qualification- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering or related fields- Hadoop and Ecosystem (Hortonworks), Linux, Azure cloud, R, Python, SQL, SPARK, Tableau Server, Kerberos, SSSD (System Security Services Daemon), MSSQL, MySQL ,Informatica, Airflow- Hadoop admin, python, Azure admin, Tableau are a plus- More than 5-7 years of experience in Hadoop technologies, ETL pipeline and scripting prefer Python / Spark. Proven experience in Kerberos, Linux, MSSQL, CI/CD, BI tools, Azure ,CDC ,SCD

This position acts as a champion of as the key to each initiative in partnership with all key stakeholders, including internal and external, to maximize the value of the initiatives for data capability enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute project roadmaps which leverage high-level perspectives to define goals, objectives and approaches for data and analytics transformation.
- Work closely with project members in providing leadership and acting as a primary communicator to link among the teams as well as organize the teams’ performance and project activities, such as project decision making and buy-in from the stakeholders.
- Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog together with relevant documents for assigned project products with the aim of balancing the requirements of stakeholders and increasing visibility into project states.
- Stay up to date with new data and analytical technology in order to educate related parties, define opportunity statement, adopt innovations and improve busines operations timely in the company.
- Provide unified direction and be accountable for the success of the projects as a frontman or center of the data initiatives' development cycle.
- Propose the methodology to measure busines impacts and present the benefit realization as a result of data innovations and projects.
