Requirements

• Must possess relevant Diploma / Degree in Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in hospitality projects
• Professional knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office . Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop , 3D Max and Sketchup will be a plus
• Good understanding of design (composition, planning, materials, details, furniture and fixtures).
• Able to speak and write Chinese would be a plus (to interact with Chinese clients)
• Good knowledge of drawing preparation, CAD standard and attentive to design detail, freehand sketching would be a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Owner to define project objectives, functional requirements, budget constraints, performance targets, and quality/safety standards
• Assist in developing scopes of work (SOWs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and participate in the vetting and selection of project team members

Job Summary

The Project Procurement Lead I is responsible for supporting the efforts of the Regional Sourcing operation to ensure a continuous supply of needed goods, services, or external labor are sourced according to field services' requirements, EHS and Quality standards, and competitive costs. Responsible for sourcing assigned purchased labor and material requirements by leveraging commodity strategies, understanding, and communicating on supplier markets, and managing supplier engagements while promoting good interdepartmental relationships. • Gather supplier and market intelligence and provide to Sourcing Managers and regional team

• Manage NCR's and claims (COPQ) and associated corrective actions with suppliers
• Ensure final invoicing aligns with expected costs (initial quotes, PR/PO, etc.)
• Develop strong working relationships with Service Managers, Outage Managers, and Productivity team
• Attend and be a strong contributor during 3M, ORR, and POR reviews. Ensure appropriate sourcing strategies are being utilized, SOW's received, new supplier needs identified, all PR's entered, suppliers onboarded, final scopes provided to suppliers, understand cost overruns, gather feedback on supplier safety, quality, and performance, record lessons learned, and adjust sourcing strategy as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:
