**Detailed Description**

- Give own personnel updated job descriptions, when necessary, which clearly define their areas of responsibility and check that their responsibilities are being discharged.
- Establish and keep own personnel informed of developments and goals.
- Ensure that responsibility for personnel is discharged in accordance with the company's management principles.
- Foreseen, and inform the personnel under the supervision of complaints and conflict.
- Make relevant decisions willingly and keep own personnel informed of the progress of their work and what opportunities are available.
- Provide own personnel's work criticism or personnel circumstances in a relevant, positive form and must not be given in the presence of others.
- Reports to superior on work status and anticipate critical activities which might have an effect on project/job execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related.
- 5 years experience in Procurement and Logistics fields in the business area of Oil & Gas Service Operations.
- Knowledge of managing resources and organization in the area with capacity, competency, and professional deliverables to the company and project strategy.
- Knowledge of the procurement process for products/services that define the criticality rating.
- Ability to manage/handle products/services compliance to the law, regulation, and authority requirements.
- Good cooperation and being a driving force in streamlining the procurement process and project execution.
- Good managerial, leadership, coaching, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Software and SAP MM Module.
- Good command of English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) TOEIC 500 up.
