- Collaborate with the Owner to define project objectives, functional requirements, budget constraints, performance targets, and quality/safety standards
- Assist in developing scopes of work (SOWs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and participate in the vetting and selection of project team members

Job Summary
The Project Procurement Lead I is responsible for supporting the efforts of the Regional Sourcing operation to ensure a continuous supply of needed goods, services, or external labor are sourced according to field services' requirements, EHS and Quality standards, and competitive costs. Responsible for sourcing assigned purchased labor and material requirements by leveraging commodity strategies, understanding, and communicating on supplier markets, and managing supplier engagements while promoting good interdepartmental relationships. - Attend and be a strong contributor during 3M, ORR, and POR reviews.
