The Project Lead will be responsible for managing project activities and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage project activities, including developing work plans, recruiting personnel, managing project teams, project budgets, and activity resources.
• Control of the project activities, including supporting field teams, reviewing work deliverables.
• Provide feedback, inputs, requirements, and learnings from project implementation services to the Product Development and Engineering team to improve Koltiva software applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sustainable development, agriculture, or other related majors.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and managing projects.

Summary

This incumbent will support the Design & FF & E team in all design phases (Ph 1 to Ph 5) to work closely with Design & FF&E teams to ensure project schedule and deliverables are in accordance with contractual and Client's agreement.

Job Description

Your role include but not limited:

• Responsible for the day-to-day coordination with the client, consultants, contractors and project team

Requirements

• Must possess relevant Diploma / Degree in Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in hospitality projects
• Professional knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office . Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop , 3D Max and Sketchup will be a plus
• Good understanding of design (composition, planning, materials, details, furniture and fixtures).
• Able to speak and write Chinese would be a plus (to interact with Chinese clients)
• Good knowledge of drawing preparation, CAD standard and attentive to design detail, freehand sketching would be a plus

Support Head of Omnichannel to initiate and drive omnichannel's strategic direction that supports customer acquisition and retention.
