Job Description
Conduct process mapping, analyze performance data, identify inefficiency gaps, recommend action plans & initiatives related to the scope.
Ensure alignment across local business stakeholders and regional tech families on key objectives for key product initiatives.
Serve as a primary point of contact for product-related questions for country rollouts.
Working closely with driver teams and stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities aligned with key performance metrics.
Identify the parameters to track actual performance against plan, continuous improvement and finetune after product launch.
**The Must-Haves**: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, computer science or other related fields.
1-3 years working experience in strategy/operations/customer-facing/product management role.
Computer literacy is required in processing and analyzing complex data sets using SQL (Essential)/ Excel (Essential)/Tableau or Power BI (preferred).
Strong PMO foundation. Background of operations understanding is a plus.
Have good communication skills in English and Thai, comfortable to work with internal and external team members.
Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insights.
Ability to construct and deliver clear narrative and working plans.
Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup.
