**Job Description**:
- Responsible for property tech solutions implementation on new openings, rollout and change management
- Provide functional and technical expertise on the property tech solutions and voiced through the governance projects with third-partners and internaly
- Organize, drive and/or attend project and related meetings as required.
- Create, Maintain and promote procedures and documentation related to fiscal / legal and local requirements following the Accor standards and maintain best practices in respect to the set up and implementation of property systems.
- Effectively communicate technology related plans, actions and decisions with stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical and functional expertise and training hotels and third-partners on Accor knowledge based process.
- Attend hotel operational meetings as required and go to hotels to provide trainings remotely or on site
- In charge of communication of hotels for Project, Rollouts and maintenances and change managements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in business operations.
- Develop and propose solutions to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Analyze data and create reports to track progress and measure the success of implemented solutions.
- Responsible for interfaces on the troubleshooting, engaging with third-partner suppliers on PMS/POS interfaces & related systems and CRS when applicable.
- Functional expertise for CRS when applicable.
- Perform other duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- University Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Hospitality
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the hotel industry in operations or hotel systems.
- Knowledge of key hotel systems: PMS, POS, etc.
- Ability to build strong relationships and maintain a positive reputation.
- Organized & proactive with the ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Good understanding of hotel operations
- Understanding the specific needs and requirements of hotels to ensure systems are optimized and aligned to hotels needs
- Influence stakeholders’ perspectives of requirements and activities.

**Job Description**:
- Accountable for technical integration for the connectivity between Accor CRS systems to the main PMS partners and between PMS and Accor reference Management Systems.
- Bridge the communication between the Business Stakeholders and third-partner CRS systems and the PMS suppliers.
- Accountable for performing quality technical tests and UATS to guarantee the quality of the connectivity between systems

- Accountable for technical integrations between the PMS systems and the data extraction tool and liase with the internal Accor digital factory such as BI, loyalty and data team.
- Accountable for all the connectivity and integration technical aspects with main Third partner vendors such as Trust you, Digital key and etc, but not limited at
- Responsible for all communication related to the connectivity aspects within the Business partners and the regions.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years’ experience within a multi-national hospitality industry
- 2+ years’ experience within a connectivity or architecture space
- A Bachelor’s degree or MBA in computer science, software engineering, IT or related field
- Desirable to have previous experience on commercial in hospitality, strong knowledge business operational model
- Understand the hospitality eco-system, digital systems connections and distribution systems
- Strong technical ability and understanding of technical solutions

**Job Description**:
Responsible for brand tech DNA and personalization. AccorTech representation within our Maison and main Tech contact for our maison: VPO animation & Regional team animation on tech topics. Communicate tech roadmap with owners and GMs. Co-animate, with Luxe & Lifestyle from Power Brand, hotel IT manager (by hotel or by cluster) and IT champion.
**Strategic orientation and plan**
- Co-design the Tech strategy for LnL at a worldwide level

**Qualifications**:
- 7+ years’ experience in IT, preferably in the tourism industry.
- In-depth expertise on project management and customer relations
- International working culture, travel availability
- Fluent English is a must, plus a strong second language
