**Job Description**:

- Accountable for technical integration for the connectivity between Accor CRS systems to the main PMS partners and between PMS and Accor reference Management Systems.
- Bridge the communication between the Business Stakeholders and third-partner CRS systems and the PMS suppliers.
- Accountable for performing quality technical tests and UATS to guarantee the quality of the connectivity between systems
- Technical ownership of connectivity, including kpi definition, monitoring and performance follow up
- Lead the discussion and road map of connectivity between the PMS partners and Accor CRM systems keeping informed the senior leadership of the company.
- Manage the technical leader on the connectivity program, testes, evolutions and developments in the teams.
- Responsible for design and implementation of the technical architecture to connect the CRS Accor systems with the main PMS suppliers.
- Responsible for the data extraction tool from PMs, defining the strategy, security and architecture and manage the services and data quality with the strategic supplier and the internal Accor tech teams.
- Accountable for technical integrations between the PMS systems and the data extraction tool and liase with the internal Accor digital factory such as BI, loyalty and data team.
- Accountable for all the connectivity and integration technical aspects with main Third partner vendors such as Trust you, Digital key and etc, but not limited at
- Responsible for all communication related to the connectivity aspects within the Business partners and the regions.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years’ experience within a multi-national hospitality industry
- 2+ years’ experience within a connectivity or architecture space
- A Bachelor’s degree or MBA in computer science, software engineering, IT or related field
- Desirable to have previous experience on commercial in hospitality, strong knowledge business operational model
- Understand the hospitality eco-system, digital systems connections and distribution systems
- Strong technical ability and understanding of technical solutions

**Job Description**:
Team Leaders coordinate and delegate the responsibilities of IT teams. They oversee the day-to-day functions of the department. Managing and leading a team of Senior specialists. Including coaching, mentoring, settings goals and objectives and monitoring the performance.
- Managing a team of Level 2 IT senior specialists: The L2 Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of IT service desk analysts who provide technical support to end-users.
- Providing technical support: The L2 Team Lead provides technical support to end-users and escalates issues to Level 3 support when necessary.
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery: The L2 Team Lead ensures that the service desk team delivers high-quality technical support and meets service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitoring and reporting: The L2 Team Lead monitors the performance of the service desk team and provides regular reports to management on team performance.
- Conducting training and development: The L2 Team Lead is responsible for conducting training and development sessions for the service desk team to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
- Implementing best practices: The L2 Team Lead implements best practices for IT service management, including incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Developing and maintaining documentation: The L2 Team Lead develops and maintains documentation related to the IT service desk, including knowledge articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participating in IT projects: The L2 Team Lead participates in IT projects, such as system upgrades and implementations, to ensure that the service desk team is prepared to provide support.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience

Job Description
The Product Engineer will collaborate closely with the design engineering team on new product introduction, and with key suppliers and contract manufacturers on sustaining engineering and cost reduction, to expedite time to market and revenue ramp of high bit rate optical coherent transponders.
Key Essential Functions:
1)Lead the yield improvement, drive product, process, quality improvements.
2)Lead the product debug and RMA activities and drive related action to closure.
3)Support cost modelling and lead cost reduction activities with cross function team.
4)Perform and coordinate DFX activities with design, test and process engineering teams.
5)Analyze and correlate performance of key parameters spanning device to sub-system levels to optimize in-process and final test specifications.
6)Create product trouble-shooting guides.
7)Lead failure analysis, root cause identification and corrective action implementation of components, sub-systems and field failures.
8)Approve readiness for volume manufacturing.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Skills, Education and Certifications:
1)BS degree in electrical engineering, physics, or other relevant major.
2)5+ years' experience supporting design and NPI of high bit rate optical transponders.
3)Very experienced on optical modules production and process on QSFP-DD, OSFP, CFP2 and QSFP-112,etc.
4)Very familiar with 100G/200G/400G/800G/1.2T optical module specifications and test requirements.
5)In-depth knowledge of analog and digital electronics, RF, and optical communication circuits and components.
6)Ability to drive solutions through cross-functional teams.
7)Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
Preferred Qualification:
1)Superior problem solving skills.
2)Strong statistical data analysis skills.
3)Reliability engineering experience with Telecom class of products is an asset.

**Summary**
The Lead Engineer, Software develops, debugs, tests, deploys and supports code to be deployed in systems/products/equipment for various applications. They write, debug, maintain, and test software in various common languages and for software at various levels in the hierarchy (from Firmware to Application). Software creation follows an agreed to development process (such as Agile, Scrum, etc.) and complies with the product life cycle development (phase/gate deliverables).
The Lead Engineer, Software works in cross functional teams with other designers, customers, manufacturing engineering and project leadership to ensure robust and high quality product development. Enhance designs with feedback from reviews in areas such as manufacturing, test, supply chain, reliability, industrial design and simulations.
**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Work as a team member who understands/interprets technical problems and provides technical support.
+ Solve assigned problems under guidance of more senior engineers.
+ Analyze, design and develop tests and test-automation suites.
+ Design and develop a processing platform using various configuration management technologies.
+ Test software development methodology (may be done in agile environment)
+ Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, users, project managers and other engineers including Peer-Reviews to achieve elegant solutions.
+ Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
+ Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.
+ Keep up to date with relevant industry knowledge and regulations
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Project Management - Ability to manage a single line engineering project with a limited number of participants. Create a project/change management plan, establish and distribute project roles, and communicate what is needed from the project participants in order to make the project successful.
