Customer development is a core thrust of Unilever. The customer development team is broadly split into General Trade and Modern Trade. OOH IC General Trade contributes to 70% of Ice Cream sales nationally. Winning in General trade is crucial in sustaining top line and in ensuring competitiveness through growing market share nationally. This role is part of Ice Cream Business Strategy Development team. This role will be key in driving a data driven sales organization. As part of this role, you will proactively look to identify opportunities for growth, lead a development of D&A products and drive a change management program across stakeholders.
EXPECTED WORK:
- Define and develop Data Strategy for TH OOH CD. Prioritising efforts, and activities on the most impactful business forecasts.
- Lead a development of data tools, dashboard as per business requirement and prioritization.
- Review all current data sources, systems and customer experience touchpoints and make recommendations.
- Be an expert on all local data systems and their associated capabilities to ensure the right data platform to be developed. Support in the deployment of salesforce where required.
- Be an expert in how other systems connect and how data is integrated and transformed to form a true E2E Solution
- Advise and support on enhancement and enrichment of current data sets to deliver insights.
- Manage direct costs in line with budget agreements and establish appropriate control.
- Actively work with key stakeholders on the roll out of new tech, training and setting KPI’s
- Be a single point of contact (SPOC) for reporting, business cases and decision making.
- Partner with Global, IT, D&A and R&D teams to accelerate each workstream / capability and share the roadmaps and status regularly with their network.
- Own the relationship / comms back into global teams in terms of status updates and measures of success.
- Ensure all development and data collection, processes and transfers are legally compliant.
- Providing training and internal change management where required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in Data & Analytics and/or Technical Solution development.
- Robust Project Management skills preferably an experience as Project Manager/PMO is required.
- An effective leader able to clearly explain solutions and benefits and create the right buy-in and influence across a large number of stakeholders.
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle, data & analytic, data ingestion and visualization.
- Commercially driven with a clear focus on data and insights
- Strong analytical skills (extra points for SQL / Python knowledge)
