Key Responsibilities:

• Study and analyze business requirements from users and stakeholders, and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• Create comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD), wireframes, and flow diagrams to support product development.
• Collaborate closely with development, operations, and business teams to ensure the product meets business needs and is functionally usable.
• Analyze and design business logic, database schemas, and related systems using spreadsheets or other data analysis tools.
• Participate in planning, developing, testing, and improving products through each product iteration cycle.
• Monitor product performance after launch and use data-driven insights to propose enhancements or future development plans.

Qualifications

Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

• Ensures that the processes are carried out and comply with the specifications required by customers and that it complies with the local requirements of the organization and the requirements of MPS (Manufacturing Process Standards)
• Ensures that the specifications, the acceptance criteria of the products by the operational staff are known and respected; ensures that operators comply with product quality inspection procedures in accordance with customer requirements
• Provides support in order to optimize processes, identifies and initiates opportunities to reduce costs
• Prepares and collects data from the key points of the processes and prepares the internal quality reports
• Monitors product yields, process (yield) and scrap rate (scrap) or other quality indicators
• Participates in the activities of PFMEA analysis and elaboration of Control Plan
• Assesses and updates working instructions for specific products

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

Customer Support:

• Provide technical support to customers through multiple channels: Voice (Inbound and Outbound), Chat, and Email.
• Deliver first-line support by addressing customer inquiries and issues through telephone, email, and chat.

Technical Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking devices such as ADSL modems, routers, switches, network storage, and IP Cameras.

Responsibilities:

• Handle technical issues highlighted by external and internal clients in a timely and professional manner via email, phone or any other approved channel of communication.
• Respond, troubleshoot 1st level, escalate / follow up and resolve cases within OLA & SLA.
• Monitor alerts – Check and resolve alert events, escalating to relevant parties when needed. Ensure monitoring systems are working properly and not triggering false alerts.

• Experience in server monitoring, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
