This role is pivotal in ensuring that our garments meet the highest standards of fit, quality, and construction. The ideal candidate will support the technical design team by managing fit sessions, checking samples, reviewing sewing techniques, and collaborating closely with design, product development, and production teams.

• Manage and participate in model fittings; take detailed notes and photos to communicate changes.
• Evaluate garment samples for construction, fit, and measurement accuracy.
• Review and comment on sewing techniques, finishes, and overall garment execution.
• Maintain and update tech packs, measurement charts, and fit comments.
• Partner with design and production to resolve technical issues and maintain brand quality standards.
• Conduct wear tests or internal reviews as needed for performance and fit.
• Assist in developing and maintaining fit blocks and grade rules.
• Support and coordinate garment grading for factory production

• 3+ years work experience in technical design field

JOB SUMMARY:

Development, qualification and integration of product design solutions for OEM customers working with internal teams to optimize product performance in a timely manner to meet technical and business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with customer design team and/or internal designer pre-NPI to understand and assess design performance relative to requirements, risks, and DFM. Ensure builds and DVT meet modeled design performance. Make design changes as required.
• Support all suspension line and component qualifications to meet suspension design requirements.
• Accountable and responsible to analyze and use FEA and process/serialization data to optimize design and make recommendations to process and component teams.
• Accountable and responsible to review and update prints and specifications as required.
• Accountable and responsible for design, modeling and DVT ownership of all design changes.
• Support FA for resolution and response (design or process change) to drive failures and issues.
• Accountable and responsible to develop hypothesis using FA data, process line mapping and serialization data to explain physics of the phenomenon and the corresponding solution.
• Accountable and responsible to define validation actions for hypothesis and solution.
• Accountable and responsible for print and specs ownership.
• Collaborate with PE, and customer product and SQE teams, on TGA, HGA and drive resonance and stroke correlation for specification development and refinement throughout the life of the product.
• Accountable and responsible to sign-off on process ECOs ensuring they support, and are supported by, prints and specs.
• Accountable and responsible to define suspension process limit test KPIV and engage with PE on execution and management.
• Accountable and responsible to analyze limit test data to update design, refine model, and recommend process changes as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Required:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, physics, applied mathematics or related field.

Skill Required:

• Good analysis and problem solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication and the ability to work with customers.
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering (3D Dynamics/Vibrations, GD&T, and Tolerance Analysis)

· Prepare artwork separations, ensuring production accuracy.

· Manage file organization, layering, naming and uploading to the system and online platform.

· Recolor artwork efficiently while maintaining color integrity and alignment with fashion trends.

The Role
We're looking for a Product Design Lead to join our AI Assistant team and shape the future of conversational travel experiences. This hybrid role blends hands-on product design with light team leadership, managing a small group of 2–3 talented designers.

You'll lead the UX strategy for AI-powered interactions like smart chat, trip planning, support automation, and contextual travel recommendations. You'll also mentor designers, collaborate closely with product and engineering, and help evolve our design culture across the organisation.
