- Provide comprehensive knowledge of video collaboration & personal workspace products through detailed demonstrations, POC, hands on training sessions, and presentations.
-Provide technical knowledge and present technical aspects of solutions during sales presentations to partners and potential customers via onsite and video conferencing.
- Conduct quarterly webinars for our partners with regional counterparts for Technical Channels Academy
- Conduct on-site technical hands on bootcamp for partners as well as Pre-sales enablement training for new partners.
- Lead discussions on VCaaS/cloud services interoperability and compatibility, particularly with Google, Teams, and Zoom.
- Develop partner engagements for driving the sale, deployment, and adoption of VC & PW solutions.
- Be a team player and work closely with internal and external to drive success.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
-Communicate with sales teams, management and product development on competition & product enhancements.
- The ability to work with customers, in a limited post sales role to help sales teams is also critical.
- Be able to remotely support, guide, update presales based in Indonesia and Philippines
- Maintaining and upkeep in country demo facilities to be ready for action.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- 8+ years selling UC&C solutions
- Strong understanding of video collaboration technologies, including detailed knowledge of hardware and software components.
- Proficient in integrating complex solutions and understanding IT networks and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking in business, product, and technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills being a plus.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Hands on experience in debugging, failure analysis and functional verification of modular components (video conferencing, camera, speaker, microphone, software) is a plus.
