Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Organizes and oversees the training program which includes developing the trainer certification procedures, process training methodology, a policy to govern the program, a continuous improvement plan, and tools to enable trainer/training supervision.
+ Being Trainer includes both classroom and on-the-job components.
+ Consults with operators, trainers, engineers, managers to identify and address technical and process performance deficiencies.
+ Investigates process/performance problems.
+ Helps define performance requirements, formulates recommendations, designs the learning component of solution, initiates appropriate actions, and evaluates results.
+ Creates or promotes opportunities for Celestica employees with area educational institutions (e.g. community colleges, technical training institutes).
+ Forms and maintains partnerships with area community colleges and technical training institutes and collaborates on creating/adapting curriculum.
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Knowledge and understanding in manufacturing process, preferably in Electronics Manufacturing
+ Having IPC Class A Instructor Certification is a plus
+ Knowledge and understanding of documentation processes & quality systems
+ Strong understanding of ISO standards
+ Computer applications including MS Office Suite, Documentation control systems, Google Platform, and SAP
+ Very strong presentation, teaching and coaching skills

Key Responsibilities
Technical Service to Customers.
- Provide technical advice to customers on company’s technical data.
- Provide or source information necessary to answer technical enquiries from customers.
- Keep informed of technical developments in veterinary medicine
- Working with Key Openion Leaders and Company’s consultants by develop consulting agreement, renew agreement and service evidence from KOL
- Initiate, implement, organize technical meeting, group meeting to support sale function.
Technical Presentations to Customers
- Support planning and implementation of programs for core Company technical services within the marketing plan.
Technical Support of Sales Team & Re-Sellers
- Inform the sales team on current developments of company’s technical, competitor’s technical and current issues.
- Accompanying the sales team on visits to customers, distributors and wholesalers as needed.
- Support the development and implementation of formal training programs for the sales and customer service teams.
- Provide on-the-job technical training for the sales and customer service teams on a regular basis and on an as needed basis.
- Develop and implement by working with sales team, product manager and Global technical, test procedures to monitor sales team technical training requirements and to evaluate training activities.
- Develop and update technical training materials.
- Support the development and implementation of initial training programs for new recruits.
Technical Support of Marketing Function
- Provide sound technical and practical input to the marketing group.
- Develop technical information pieces for veterinarians or consumers as determined with marketing.
Support to the Veterinary Services Office
- Record and investigate adverse drug events involving company product.
Responsibility of Technical Base Projects
- Liaise with other team members to ensure marketing activities ar integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objective.
- Manage, control, monitor advertising and promotion expenses and related marketing expenses.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of product’s technical and marketing professionals.
- Report any AEs, ADEs or PQC that become aware of to DPOC within one (1) business day or no later than three (3) calendar days (whichever is shorter) from the date of receipt.

This role is responsible in supporting the Sales team, create product differentiation, maintain relationships with both B2B & B2C customers, deliver new service business, understand evolving customer needs/market trends and design CVPs accordingly. Accountabilities:
- Accountable for delivering business outcome.
- Focus on Technology collaboration with key accounts.
- Capable to support customers including troubleshooting and identify opportunities to upsell/x-sell on lubricant and develop new service CVPs.
- Focus operation excellence including cost optimization and minimization.
- Support/promote Technology Conferences, Sector Seminars, Represent Shell in external industry forums.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to identify both Cross Sell and Up Sell opportunities.
- To be regional expert in key focus sectors and always demonstrate safe behaviors when performing the job.
**What we need from you**
We hope to fine the following in your CV:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years or comparable proven experience of technical skills and key customer relationships and experience in a technical lubricants environment.
- Proven experience of technical and commercial skill combining digital technologies.
- Good selling and negotiation skills with an E2E and/or broader business understanding and balancing of customer’s needs
- Strong People management skill and capable to manage complexity of stakeholders
- Fluent in both Thai and English Communication skills including writing, speaking, and reading.
