- คํานึงถึงความปลอดภัยในทุกขั้นตอนของ Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) และสามารถทํางานร่วมกับทีม Security ได้
แก้ปัญหาและปรับปรุง (Troubleshooting & Optimization)
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคในระบบ Al เช่น Model Drift, Latency, Accuracy Issues
- ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของโมเดล และระบบตอบสนองแบบ Real-time เช่น Chatbot และ Voice Interaction
- ทำ Root Cause Analysis และแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ
การทํางานร่วมกับทีม (Collaboration)
- ประสานงานกับทีม Product, UX/UI, DevOps และทีม Customer Support เพื่อพัฒนา Chatbot/Voice Bot ที่ตอบโจทย์
- สนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคให้กับทีมภายใน และจัดการอบรม/ให้คําปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับ Al tools & Solutions
การเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง (Self-learning)
- อัปเดตความรู้ด้าน Generative Al, LLMs, Speech & Language Models อย่างสม่ําเสมอ
- ทดลองแนวคิดใหม่ผ่าน POC และน่าเสนอแนวทางใหม่ๆ ต่อทีมและผู้บริหาร
คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในตําแหน่งที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Al Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer หรือ Software Engineer
- เชี่ยวชาญภาษาโปรแกรม เช่น Python (หลัก), รวมถึง Java, JavaScript
มีประสบการณ์กับ AI ด้านเสียงและภาษา (Voice & NLP) เช่น:
Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Voice Bot, Voice Biometrics Chatbot frameworks (Rasa, Dialogflow, Botpress) หรือ LLM-based chatbots (OpenAl, LLaMA, etc.)
เข้าใจงาน Computer Vision เช่น Object Detection, Face Recognition, OCR
- เคยใช้งานหรือพัฒนา Solution ด้วย Al Frameworks เช่น Py Torch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace
- เข้าใจหลักการของ Secure Coding และสามารถออกแบบระบบที่ปลอดภัยตามมาตรฐาน (เช่น PDPA, OWASP) มีทักษะด้าน System Design และสามารถทํางานร่วมกับทีม Cross-functional ได้ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารและทางานเป็นภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
- มีทัศนคติแบบ Growth Mindset, เรียนรู้ไว, คิดเชิงนวัตกรรม และรับผิดชอบงานได้อย่างอิสระ
