- Collect and analyze customer requirements and technical inquiries in order to coordinate and consult with relevant departments for appropriate responses or to take necessary actions in alignment with customer expectations.
- Study and compile technical product information to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
- Conduct preliminary comparisons between customer-required specifications and existing company product specifications, and coordinate with relevant departments to assess the feasibility of customization based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate the delivery of product samples and relevant certification documents to customers for testing and quality evaluation purposes.
- Follow up and gather analysis results of product samples from the factory to support quality assurance efforts.
- Receive customer concerns, feedback, and complaints, and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide clarification on product quality matters and participate in the resolution process of customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and reduce the impact of any arising issues.
- Prepare technical product information and factory certifications to support international sales activities.
- Research and monitor regulatory requirements and labeling laws of destination countries, and prepare a summarized registry of such regulations to support the development or revision of product labels in compliance with applicable laws.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to the company's quality management system.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Specification
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields.
A Master's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, International Trade, or Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage.
Proficient in English communication – speaking, listening, writing, and summarizing key points clearly.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in fields related to Food Science or Food Technology.
Special consideration will be given to candidates with knowledge or experience in import regulations across various countries.
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications and capable of utilizing AI tools effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in handling unexpected issues.
Excellent coordination and interpersonal communication skills.
