Product Development

WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum 3 years' technical product development experience in an international buying office, preferably with experience in Health, Beauty, Baby, Household & Pet.
  • Knowledge and experience with manufacturing and sustainable products is a plus.

This includes ensuring availability, performance, and security of core collaboration and productivity services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune, etc.). The role is responsible for user account and license administration, incident resolution, and coordination with global and regional IT teams to support digital workplace initiatives and ensure business continuity.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Microsoft 365 Service Management

  • Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune, etc.
  • Administer user accounts, licenses, and access controls within Microsoft 365.
  • Implement and maintain M365 security policies and roadmap, such as MFA, Conditional Access, etc.

  • Troubleshooting & Incident Handling

  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 incident as L2 and coordinate with Microsoft Support and Microsoft partners for troubleshooting.

  • Assist with email migrations, O365 upgrades, and integration projects.
  • Log incidents and service requests, track progress, and follow through until resolution.
  • Generate and review incident and service reports using customer tools.

  • Security & Compliance

  • Enforce organizational security standards and compliance requirements across M365 services.

  • Monitor security alerts and coordinate with Security and Infrastructure teams on incident response.

  • Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with Service Desk and Digital teams on issues related to O365 services.

  • Partner with regional Digital teams for onboarding/offboarding, licensing, and policy alignment.
  • Act as the point of contact for Workplace service-related requests and escalations.

  • Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain documentation of Workplace processes, configurations, and standards.

  • Update technical knowledge base articles for service desk and end-user reference.
  • Propose and support improvements in service efficiency and automation (e.g., Intune policies, reporting).

Education & Training

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Microsoft 365 certifications preferred

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration with Microsoft 365.
  • Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune, etc.
  • Experience in account/identity management, license administration, and troubleshooting M365 services.

Position: Technical Specialist – Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Job Purpose:

The Technical Specialist Identity and Access Management (IAM) plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving the digital systems that support the organization's processes and its users. She or He will design, implement, and maintain robust IAM solutions to safeguard critical systems and information. This role is responsible for managing user authentication, authorization, access provisioning, and ensuring compliance with organizational security policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in IAM platforms (such as Microsoft Entra, Okta, or similar solutions), cloud services, and security frameworks, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Design, Deploy and Maintain IAM solutions

  • Design, develop, and maintain systems that meet the organization's needs.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and availability of the systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, quality assurance (QA), architects and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with other developers to ensure code integration and version control.

  • Requirements Analysis

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and specifications.

  • System Administration

  • Perform system administration tasks

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and outages.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and integration testing.
  • Identify and fix defects and bugs.

  • Identity Lifecycle Management

  • Manage user and service account provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).

  • Automate workflows for identity verification, password management, and access certifications.
  • Monitor and maintain directory services (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD) and federated identity platforms.

  • Security and Compliance

  • Implement security best practices and measures to protect the organization's systems.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (PDPA, GDPR…).

  • Documentation

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including code documentation, system architecture, and user guides.

  • Keep documentation up to date with software changes and updates.

  • Incident management

  • Responsible for providing support for local applications and infra at sites

  • Support service desk and end users for resolution of incidents and restoring availability of apps and infra at site

Education/Training Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Identity and Access Manager CIAM, Microsoft Certified IAM…) are a plus.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical role relevant to infrastructure or application, including Entra (Azure AD), Active Directory, PIM… experiences in Active Directory consolidation project or PAM roll out is are a plus
  • Strong understanding of directory services, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and federation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and execute IT projects to meet customer expectations.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation with complete and accurate information.

Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical Informatics, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Degree in medical technology, electrical/mechanical engineering, or clinical laboratory science.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing and supporting IT solutions in the medical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in computer science, information systems, medical technology, or a related field.
  • Background as a medical technologist is highly preferred.
  • Experience in clinical laboratory environments is ideal; other lab experience is acceptable.
  • Strong understanding of general networking, server technologies/services, workstation/desktop systems, internet protocols, and remote connectivity.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Windows Server (NT/2000/XP/2003).
  • Proficient in virtual server environments, corporate antivirus solutions, backup systems, firewalls, VPN clients, and tunnel technologies.
  • Familiarity with lab workflows and operations.
