The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA), Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (ROAP), is based in Bangkok, Thailand. OCHA is the part of the United Nations Secretariat responsible for bringing together humanitarian actors to ensure a coherent response to emergencies. OCHA also ensures there is a framework within which each actor can contribute to the overall response effort. This position is located in the Administrative Support Unit, of UNOCHA ROAP, of which its objective is to provide all related administrative services, both through remote support and physical deployment, to all OCHA offices in the Asia Pacific region. **Responsibilities**:
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Administrative Assistant, and overall supervision of the Chief of Administrative Support Unit, UNOCHA ROAP, the incumbent is required to perform the following functions:
Desktop Administration and Configuration
- Monitors all personal computers running the UN software delivery system to ensure that software distributions are being delivered correctly.
- Performs software distribution updates, scripting, testing and support.
- Performs research into new versions of centrally supported software and perform beta testing, production rollout and post production support.
- Performs 2nd level desktop troubleshooting in conjunction with the Help Desk.

Server Operations and Administration

- Performs administration, operation, technical support, and monitoring of server systems.
- Undertakes troubleshooting of server systems. If the problem persists, escalates to higher level in accordance with procedures.
- Liaises with other groups of ITSD and the user Departments for maintaining the efficient and reliable operations of server systems.
- Performs 24x7 operations of assigned systems.

- Performs tasks related to scheduled service requests, including equipment replacement, equipment installation/de-installation, software installation, LAN connection, returns to stock, site surveys, etc.
- Diagnoses and resolves any hardware, software, or connectivity problem with minimum delay.
- Drafts end-user and/or technical documentation.
- Logs all actions in the automated tracking system, including site survey information, steps taken to resolve problem or to complete task, problems encountered, current status, etc.
- Acts as problem escalation point for technical staff at lower levels.

You'll be responsible for maintaining subject matter expertise in the security technology domain and using this knowledge to support sales closures. You'll stay informed about the competitive landscape, market pricing, and strategies to penetrate new markets. Additionally, this role requires you to develop and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors to enrich our solutions.
Leading client workshops and presentations will be part of your day, where you'll articulate security deliverables to meet client requirements. Building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders will be essential to secure deals and achieve your sales targets. Your ability to personalize solutions based on client needs will drive your success.
You'll work collaboratively with sales teams to close deals, develop clear account plans, and identify client risks. Your efforts will align with a shared goal of growth, using structured sales methodologies and tools to drive the sales process and achieve outstanding results.

+ Extensive understanding of security principles, concepts, and technologies, including knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and cybersecurity solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct cyber forensic investigations and electronic discovery requests for legal and corporate clients.
- Perform digital forensic evidence collection throughout the incident response phases, extensive log analysis and meta-data analysis.
- Perform operating system and hard drive digital forensic evidence analysis.
- Analyze results from tools and determine indicators of compromise (IOCs), root cause of compromise, possible attack vectors, potential threat actors and the overall risk/threat the client is facing.

- Support other forensic team members including fraud investigation, eDiscovery and data analytics.

**Qualifications**
- 1-4 years of experience in Information Technology with at least 1 year in security operation (4-6 years for Assistant Manager).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology related fields.
- Proficient knowledge of overall IT infrastructure, including operating systems; information systems security; network architecture; hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of cyber security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, SANS, etc.)
- Broad knowledge of Security Operation Center (SOC), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), threat actors and techniques used to compromise organizations.
- Good knowledge of scripting languages e.g., PowerShell, Python, SQL
- Familiarity with forensic imaging tools (EnCase, FTK, Cellebrite, Paladin, etc.) and eDiscovery tools (Intella, NUIX, Relativity, etc.) is a plus.
- Capable of working independently to solve problems under deadlines and to manage multiple projects/priorities under time constraints.
- Ability to independently undertake moderate domestic/overseas travel with short notice.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Thai.
