Your key responsibilities
:
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for full-stack applications, covering both frontend and backend components
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for frontend and backend testing using appropriate tools and frameworks
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Perform API testing to validate the functionality and reliability of backend services
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover issues not covered by automated tests

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a focus on full-stack testing
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test strategies for full-stack applications
- Strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, frameworks, and architectures
- Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks for both frontend (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and backend (e.g., JUnit, TestNG) testing
- Experience with API testing, including RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or )
- Knowledge of server-side technologies, databases, and backend frameworks , Django, Spring, etc.)
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools
- Experience in testing microservices architecture
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Relevant certifications in testing or quality assurance are a plus

Cybersecurity Team Provide end-to-end services to secure digital infrastructure and data, including strategy design and implementation, vulnerability testing, compliance, assurance, and operational management
Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform cyber security and IT security assessments for clients (e.g. cyber security program assessment, cyber security risk assessments, IT network infrastructure reviews, system technical configurations review, information security policies and processes/procedures review etc)
- Work on IT security design, analysis and implementation of security protection solution.
- Evaluate and analyze threat, vulnerability, system weakness, impact and risk to security issues discovered from security assessments like Vulnerability Assessment (VA), Penetration Testing (PenTest), etc
- Advise clients on the security issues, including explanation on the technical details and how they can remediate the vulnerabilities in the processes, controls and systems.
- Advise client on the security incident response end-to-end process (i.e. preparation, detection, analysis, response and recovery of the security incident).
Skills And Attributes For Success
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Security, ICT or other related fields.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in such areas as IT security management design and implementation, IT security assessment and IT technical background
- Familiar with leading IT security processes and tools.
- Highly proficient in both English and Thai with good written and oral communication and analytical skills.
Ideally, you'll also have
- Having experience in project planning and management will be a plus.
- Professional certifications such as Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and / or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or ISO27001 will be highly considered
- Experience in new generation security practices (i.e. DevSecOps, iPentest, RedTeaming, System Resilience Design)

As a member of the Consulting team, you will work directly with the EY Technology Consulting team and clients on a daily basis to plan, design, deliver and deploy solutions for our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, technical standards, and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including core functionalities and custom development capabilities.
- Create architectural designs that effectively integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, translate these into functional and technical requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and assessments to gather detailed requirements and design solutions that align with client objectives.
- Lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Oversee the development, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Ensure that projects adhere to architectural guidelines, security standards, and governance practices.
- Provide expertise and support during the presales process, including creating proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and conducting demonstrations.
- Assist in the creation of effort estimates, solution blueprints, and implementation plans.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or challenges.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and technical teams.
- Lead project teams, ensuring that resources are effectively utilized and project goals are met.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry trends.
Skills And Attributes For Success
To qualify for the role you must have
- Experience 3+ years for Senior and 6+ years for Manager level in IT, with a focus on ServiceNow solutions.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including GRC, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and other modules.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflow administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
Ideally, you'll also have
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS ITSM/ CSM/ HRSD/Risk & Compliance/ SecOps/ HAM/ SAM etc.,)
- Any ServiceNow mainline certification

Your key responsibilities
:
- Develop terraform for infrastructure provisioning
- Configure and manage Kubernetes clusters to support containerized applications in production
- Configure logging, monitoring, security polices and network policies for Kubernetes
- Configure Istio Ingress and MTLS
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes related error, including application and tools
- Provide support to development teams in automating and optimizing their development processes
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Platform Engineer
- Proficiency in cloud provisioning with IAC, preferably terraform
- Experience working with container orchestration tools, preferably Kubernetes
- Experience working with tools for Kubernetes, such as logging, monitoring, network policy, security policy
- Experience in service mesh, preferably Istio
- Experience on applying best practise on Kubernetes
- Knowledge of application and cloud security scanning tools.
- Understanding of software development practices, including Agile methodologies
- Strong scripting skills, preferably in Shell, Python, or Groovy
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
