Job Responsibilities:

• Improve solder quality in Mass Production (MP) to achieve KPI targets (Quality, Cost, Delivery).
• Evaluate solder quality and new parts for new models; select and recommend optimal parameters to ensure trouble-free production.
• Lead MT team training and develop manuals on soldering, reflow, and mounting parameters for MT technicians.
• Continuously evaluate and improve solder quality and new part performance.

Qualifications:

1. Packaging Standards Development & Optimization. Develop and improve packaging standards for automotive parts (mainly KD parts) to enhance work efficiency and transportation safety.

2. Packaging Design & Review Design, review, and validate packaging structures to ensure they fit the actual usage scenario, transport conditions, and cost goals.

3. Innovation & Green Packaging Promote the use of green, returnable, and smart packaging technologies. Explore eco-friendly materials to support the company's sustainability goals.

7. Packaging System & Data Management

8. Global Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Lead or support cross-regional packaging improvement projects. Work on global packaging standard alignment and continuous optimization. Build and maintain packaging management systems.

9. New Technology Research & Application

Keep up with the latest packaging technologies. Promote testing and use of new materials, structures, and digital tools like simulation and design software.

10. Order Packaging Execution & Support

Confirm packaging solutions for each order batch. Prepare packaging material lists and container loading plans. Provide on-site guidance and solve packaging issues during implementation.

11. Packaging Documentation Management

Organize and archive daily packaging documents for KD orders. Ensure records are clear, well-maintained, and traceable.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or above in project management, automotive, mechanical or related fields

· At least 3 years of working experience in the automotive industry, familiar with automobiles or project management

· Proficient in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and capable of basic English communication.

About the role

• Advanced Frontend Development
  : As a Frontend Engineer, you'll work with a stack that includes Webpack 5 with custom config and Tailwind CSS for our operational teams to manage and monitor all TAO BIN machines world wide. For another project, we are using Vite with React Router v7 framework mode. You'll need to be skilled in writing extensive CSS, as our project relies heavily on Tailwind CSS with some use of Material UI for form inputs and React hook form for form validations
• Technical Proficiency in Modern Tools
  : Your role requires proficiency in TypeScript, and TanStack Query for server state management. Familiarity with axios and cookies for managing Auth state is crucial. You should also be adept in React Query code gen, and knowledgeable in both REST and GraphQL.
• Expertise in React
  : Candidates must have a comprehensive understanding of React custom hooks and most React hooks, as well as experience with React Router 6 and React Router 7 framework mode.
