Qualifications & experience

The Role
We're looking for a performance marketing specialist to take charge of
lead generation across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn
, as well as experiment with other channels. You'll be responsible for both - creating strategy and execution.
That includes crafting your own ad creatives (copy, visuals, even short-form videos) and
running experiments
on them to get to projected results.
This is a hands-on role with very real impact.
Your work will directly generate high-intent buyer leads and when those leads turn into closed deals, you'll not only help people find their homes or perfect investment but also earn
