A global technology-focused MNC is seeking a Legal Counsel to lead, conduct, and oversee corporate compliance and related investigations.
In addition to conducting privileged investigations, the incumbent will work closely with and provide advice to senior leadership concerning risk and appropriate remedial measures.
Responsibilities:
- Actively assist with and/or conduct corporate compliance and personnel-related allegations of misconduct registered through internal reporting channels
- Oversee and conduct legally privileged investigations, including defining the scope, reviewing documentation, developing an investigative plan, notifying appropriate personnel, conducting interviews, compiling investigation status and reports, recommending and implementing proper remedial measures, and concluding matters appropriately
- Providing advice to organizational leadership concerning risk and appropriate remedial measures
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to address and resolve allegations of misconduct or allegations of other improper processes/practices
Successful applicants will have:
- At least 6-8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in employment, investigations, or dispute law
- Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of business functions
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment

Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and reliable Secretary to support the company's operations. The role will start with a 6-week part-time contract, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment if both parties agree.
Working Conditions- Part-time contract (6 weeks):
• 4 hours per day (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM)
• Pay: 1,800 THB per week (paid weekly)
• Or pay: 2,000 THB per week if work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–11:00 AM & 4:00 PM–6:00 PM - Full-time employment (upon mutual agreement after 6 weeks):
• 8 hours per day (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
• Pay: 11400 THB THB incentives per month (paid monthly)
• Additional incentives will be provided based on company revenue
- Human Resources (HR):
• Record staff working hours, breaks, and overtime
• Assist in recruiting employees and freelancers
• Manage onboarding, resignations, and terminations in compliance with Thai labor laws
• Arrange work schedules for staff - Accounting:
• Handle petty cash, reimbursements, and receipts to ensure accurate documentation for the accounting office
• Coordinate with the external accounting firm for accounting, taxation, and employee social security matters
• Support payroll preparation and disbursement - Procurement and Supplies:
• Source and purchase office supplies and services
• Maintain inventory and vendor/service provider records - Secretarial Duties:
• Manage documents, correspondence, phone calls, and filing
• Schedule meetings and travel arrangements
• Assist with paperwork related to business licenses, government agencies, and other official documents
• Support management in daily operations
- Thai nationality
- Strong understanding of English (spoken and written) is required. Only accept English resumes
- Experience in administration, HR, basic knowledge of Thai labor law, or accounting is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred, but not required)
- Proficient in computer use and office software
- Detail-oriented, honest, loyal, and highly responsible
