Phillip Securities (Thailand) PCL is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA (IT Quality Assurance) professional to join our technology team. In this role, you will focus primarily on manual testing while also applying basic automation testing skills to support the team in improving efficiency and coverage. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

• Participate early in the feature design and architecture process to ensure quality standards and adherence to specifications.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Develop and execute manual test scripts and document test results following the sprint development process.
• Perform exploratory testing and identify issues in production, staging, and development environments.

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and API platforms.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure seamless interactions between multiple systems.

Responsibilities:

• Support in solving problems and providing suggestions, including reporting issues to SDM & SKD (the Maker) to develop the document control system. Responsible for the document control system and distributing documents to relevant parties (Admin of Document Control System).
