  • Deploy the entire sales process from approaching until securing clients to ensure the achievement of sales target
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and clients including research, initiation of contact, meetings, responding to RFPs, new business presentations, and accurately maintaining systems (dynamic CRM, GSWin.) in order to create and convert sales opportunities

  • Proactively participate in complex claim handling cases

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with Willis Towers Watson guidelines and procedures
  • Partner with consultants on client projects across multiple industries and HR functional areas
