What You Will Do:


• Full ownership of MWM business (and extended MWM portfolio) in the region, both from new engines sales and aftermarket service perspective

• Business Development of new customers in region through direct and indirect channels, with focus on industrial applications (Metal & Mining, Chemical, Power generation, biogas power plants)

• Close collaboration with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and Engineering FEED companies to ensure early engagement of MWM on all relevant projects , plus good connections with financing firms

• Continuous development of the MWM presence in the assigned regions, including organization and participation on industrial workshops, conferences and trade fairs (in collaboration with MWM head office and regional Caterpillar corporate offices )

• Supervision of preparation of technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with other stake holders within MWM head office

• Management and coordination of technical and commercial proposal negotiation with both Direct customers and Partners

• Ensuring a high level of forecasting accuracy for incoming orders and working closely with Head Office on Product delivery time

What You Have:

Industry Knowledge in Gas Energy Sector

• Specialization in mechanical engineering/industrial engineering/electrical engineering or equivalent

• Extensive knowledge of Industrial customers in assigned region, with special attention on Metal & Mining & Minerals, Chemical, Power Generation, Biogas power plant and other major industries in region

Customer Focus and Business Development

• Proven experience in sales and/or project management in industrial environments, preferably in engine market business

• Strong business sense and acumen

Effective Communications

• Proficiency in fluent English language is a must

• Proficiency in additional languages such as Bahasa Melayu, Japanese or Korean will be a plus

• Professional and confident appearance and the ability to represent the company in front of C-Suite of major customers in the region

Relationship Management

• Provides effective responses to customers' requests and build strong relationships

• High level of initiative, open-mindedness and intercultural curiosity to collaborate with internal stakeholders

Additional Info:

• This role requires travelling at least 50% of the time within APAC region.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a self-motivated and results driven Territory Manager – Commercial & Industrial to join our team in Brisbane.

You will be responsible for maintaining major accounts and to prospect and secure new business within your designated territory.

This role will be covering Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. There will also be regional travel which would require overnight monthly trips.

  • Build and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with key accounts to achieve growth and optimize promotional activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the acquisition of new business
  • Achieve monthly sales targets in all categories
  • Monitoring and maintaining existing customers and increasing Valvoline's product range of business
  • Liaise with supply chain on product forecasting and trends with view to seamless product supply to designated market segments.
  • Territory analysis of accounts for gross profit, client usage, follow ups with amortized accounts
  • Enhance brand awareness via executing national and local promotional activities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
  • Review, analyse, and discuss monthly reports with C&I Manager

  • Work closely with the Technical Customer Service (TCS) team to resolve operational issues promptly.

  • Support the implementation of key account initiatives and promotions as directed by the Sector Lead or Key Account Managers.

  • Build strong working relationships with store managers and frontline staff to promote customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Conduct store visits, audits, and basic reporting on usage, service performance, and merchandising execution.

  • Identify and share sales opportunities or competitive activity in the territory with the sector team.

  • Attend regular internal meetings and contribute to customer reviews and action planning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field sales or customer service, preferably in the retail, FMCG, or hygiene solutions sector.

  • Service-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic technical knowledge of hygiene and cleaning products; understanding of food safety is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in the field.

  • Good presentation skills and comfort with in-store training.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Basic English proficiency (written and spoken).

  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
As a
Territory Account Manager
at
Diversey
, you'll drive growth in the Southern area especially in Phuket by managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities. You'll build strong customer relationships, deliver sustainable hygiene solutions, and ensure satisfaction through regular site visits and responsive support.

Some Of The Things You'll Do

  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Proactively address client needs to reduce churn and enhance long-term partnerships.
  • Allocate approximately 50% of your time to identifying and acquiring new hospitality clients in the eastern area
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to expand market presence within your territory
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, service, marketing) and external stakeholders (hotel operations, procurement, sustainability teams) to align solutions with customer goals
  • Promote value-added and sustainable cleaning and hygiene innovations
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Utilize digital tools and perform on-site minor adjustments or troubleshooting as needed to maintain high service standards

What You'll Bring To Us

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the hospitality, cleaning, or hygiene industries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with strong business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Southern Thailand, including Phuket and nearby provinces if required by the business
  • A strong sense of ownership, drive, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer value.
