Job Description:

• Take responsibility for daily and monthly quality issues on the production line and generate corresponding reports.
• Follow up on root causes and corrective actions to meet the division's target policies.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes and reduce scrap costs and quality issues, addressing customer complaints through the 8D reporting system.
• Monitor in-line data and Statistical Process Control (SPC) data in accordance with customer requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with relevant personnel both internally and externally across divisions.

Key Responsibilities

o   Conduct sampling, inspection, and testing of raw materials to ensure specifications are met.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the measurements, conducting tests, and monitoring the various phases of production
• Create quality measurements to track improvement in products
• Always check/clean/maintain the measuring instruments and chemicals for compliance with safety and manufacturing standards
• Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
• Approve incoming materials, in-process production, and all finished products by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
• Ensure products meet the specified quality standards, customer expectations, and demands
• Control operating instructions, document, and update inspection results by completing reports and logbooks
• Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
• Providing training to the quality assurance team and guiding the related team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, attending seminars, watching industry videos, etc.
• Support the function of the company's audit quality control committee through activities such as meeting coordination, reports, and project monitoring
• Perform such other tasks and responsibilities that the supervisor may assign

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Thai Traditional Medicine
• Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance or a similar field.
• Certificate in quality control is a plus
• Special knowledge: problem-solving, analytical, communication skills

About the role

This is a full-time Quality Control role based in Sriracha, Chonburi. As a Quality Control professional at Sirtec', you will play a crucial part in ensuring the high-quality production of our goods across our manufacturing and operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting inspections and testing on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
2. Inspect plastic parts produced by injection molding for defects, dimensions, color, and surface finish
3. Check the quality of electronic cartridge assemblies and related components
4. Use measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and other specialized instruments for inspection
5. Record and report inspection results and notify production teams of any quality issues
6. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to analyze and resolve quality problems
7. Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001, 5S, and customer-specific requirements
8. Support internal audits and prepare documents for certifications or external audits

What we're looking for

1. Relevant degree or diploma in Quality Assurance, Production, or a related technical field
2. Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing
3. Strong understanding of quality control principles, methods, and tools

• การตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบ (Raw Material Inspection):

• สุ่มตัวอย่างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบ เช่น เม็ดพลาสติก (Polymer pellet), สารเติมแต่ง (Additives), ผงสี (Master Batch) ที่เข้ามาในโรงงาน

• ดำเนินการทดสอบพื้นฐาน เช่น การวัดความหนาแน่น (Density), ค่าดัชนีการไหลของหลอมเหลว (Melt Flow Index - MFI) เป็นต้น

• การควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต (In-process Control/Goods Inspection):

• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเส้นทางลำเลียง, ค่าของตัวแปรต่างๆ เช่น อุณหภูมิของแต่ละส่วน (Segment), ความเร็วรอบของสกรู, อุณหภูมิของน้ำหล่อเย็น เป็นต้น ก่อนเริ่มกระบวนการผลิตโดยทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิต

• เก็บตัวอย่างและทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ระหว่างการผลิต เพื่อควบคุมคุณภาพของแต่ละพาเลท (Pallet number)
• ดำเนินการทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูปอย่างละเอียดตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด เช่น การวัดความหนาแน่น (Density), ค่าดัชนีการไหลของหลอมเหลว (Melt Flow Index - MFI), การวิเคราะห์เชิงปริมาณของมาเลอิกแอนไฮไดรด์ (Maleic Anhydride - MAh), การวิเคราะห์ความชื้น (Moisture) และการตรวจสอบสี (Yellow Index - YI) เป็นต้น
• แจ้งเตือน รายงาน และจัดการปัญหาคุณภาพที่พบ โดยร่วมมือกับทางฝ่ายผลิตในทันที ทั้งนี้ต้องสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานทางด้านคุณภาพ ความมั่นคง ความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยและสิ่งแวดล้อมของบริษัทฯ

• จัดทำรายงานผลการทดสอบ (Certificate of Analysis - COA) สำหรับแต่ละพาเลท (Pallet number)

• การจัดทำเอกสารและรายงาน (Documentation and Reporting):

• บันทึกข้อมูลผลการทดสอบทั้งหมดลงในระบบหรือเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างถูกต้องและเป็นระเบียบ

• จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพประจำวัน, สัปดาห์ หรือเดือน

• การดูแลรักษาเครื่องมือ (QC Maintenance):

• ดูแลและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ในห้องปฏิบัติการให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน เช่น การทวนสอบ (Verification), การสอบเทียบเครื่องมือ (Calibration) เป็นต้น

• จัดหาและจัดเตรียมสารเคมีและอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นสำหรับงานทดสอบ
