Job Description
- Provide onsite/in-person mental health counselling for the employees of Intellect's local clients in Thailand
- Report to the client's office either for morning, evening or overnight shifts (dependent on the the client's request),
- Shifts may be rotated depending on the client's needs and requests.
- Facilitate 1 on 1 sessions on various mental health topics (e.g. resilience, stress management, and available well-being resources).
- Lead group sessions on coping strategies for managing stress and challenging information.
- Moderate peer support sessions to encourage shared experiences and well-being discussions.
- Develop and deliver group sessions and workshops to promote mental health awareness and resilience.
- Attend and complete all required continuous developmental tasks, including clinical supervisions, module completion etc.
- Share monthly report on utilisation / participation.
- Collaboratively work with Intellect's internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform.
- Attend adhoc 1 hour check-ins (usually once a month) with the internal Intellect team during scheduled times, to facilitate the required reporting & operational needs.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Mental Health Nurse to join our new and dynamic NHS Prison Nursing team.
We are in midst of rebuilding a robust team where there will be opportunities to be part of developing a strong nursing service within the ever-changing prison environment.
This role will entail the delivery of routine clinics within the Health Centre and in the Residential Prison Halls, while working in collaboration with the wider multidisciplinary health team and the Scottish Prison Service.
You will need to have experience of working within a hospital or primary care environment with effective written and verbal communication skills. You will be required to work autonomously as well as part of an MDT team although challenging prison nursing is extremely rewarding and the development opportunities are endless.
The prison environment is extremely busy and both emotionally and physically demanding. This post required someone who can cope with these demands.
The post is shift based working 10.5 hour day , shifts Monday to Sunday. There is no night shift.
An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 may be available to successful candidates.
