**Summary**
The NPD Technical Program Manager is accountable for planning and driving through the design and manufacturing engineering team for successful NPI launch. **Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
● Technical PM will be the interface/point of contact between product design team and manufacturing site.
● Coordinating the transfer of design on failure analysis in processes at manufacturing sites.
● Interface with product design teams to provide DFx feedback throughout the product development cycle.
● Develop PCBA manufacture SOW, statement of work, for new product launch.
● Lead POC project
● Present and communicate status to the business leaders and customers. Review and interpret design specifications and provide feedback to the manufacturing site.
● Engage with cross functional design engineering teams, i.e. product engineering, design verification & reliability validation, to successfully launch new products into
Manufacturing.
● Responsible for design transfer include the review of test vehicles design and implementation plan for mass production.
● Continuous review of equipment and processes to ensure high efficiency and quality.
● To drive activities in identification and continuous improvement of yield rate, scrap reduction, manufacturing process root cause failure analysis and correction reduction, and
cost reduction.
● Review the development, configuration and industrial process optimization plan and manage the implementation schedule.
● Improve customer satisfaction and drive overall operational requirements from
customers.
● Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies. Manage and utilize resources across projects
● To support problem solving of moderate scope and complexity.
● To support the project teams: R&D, NPI and Gate transitions, ensure the smooth transition to mass production phase, and adhoc requests.
● To Coordinate related tasks, and engineering changes with internal team and Manufacturing team.
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
1. Technical Understanding: While not necessarily needing to be a deep expert of product design,
2. NPI technical manager will need to have comprehensive technical knowledge of the manufacturing process . This understanding helps in communicating effectively with technical teams and understanding project requirements.
3. Project Management: Strong project management skills are essential to coordinate various aspects of process engineering , including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
4. Domain Knowledge: Depending on the industry the accelerated compute program serves, having domain-specific knowledge in server, storage and network switches will be a plus. Understanding the business context and specific challenges within the industry helps in the execution of the product systems programs that truly address the needs of the stakeholders.
5. Communication Skills: Effective communication is key to aligning diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, business leaders, clients, and end-users. + Serve as the technical liaison between Design and Operations Engineering, ensuring key manufacturing deliverables like DFx (Design for Excellence) are met. This includes DFM (Design for Manufacturability), DFA (Design for Assembly), and DFT (Design for Test).
+ Identify potential design to manufacturing risks and, actively provide solutions or mitigation on both manufacturing and design.
+ Monitor early pilot production runs, DOE results, Test and reliability data for early capture of gaps between design and manufacturing processes. Drive solutions to improve product quality and readiness for high volume manufacturing.
+ Partner with Quality teams to support second-source part qualification and resolve component and build quality issues.

1. Strong knowledge of product development cycles (EVT, DVT, PVT) and processes

3. Strong technical understanding in areas like high-speed digital circuit design, power supply design, thermal & mechanical knowledge, compliance & testing, and optical & fiber networking.

This Position Reports to : Senior program Manager
Reporting to this Position : Sr.program Adminstrator., Program Administrator
Responsibility: 1.Strictlyfollow the GPV Group Code of Conduct.thods and lean principles. 2. Ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies and rules. 3. Supervise, consult and support sub-ordinate to be successful in their responsibility. 4. Evaluate sub-ordinate against to performance indicators. 5. Monitor margin and enforce program managers to take action in case of profit loss. 6. Customer contact and customer service. 7. Customer analysis and satisfaction evaluation. 8. Make sure that customer minute of meeting is provided. 9. Collect all information and making reliable sales report in the right time. 10. Ensure that KPI is achieved. 11. Ensure that customer contracts are up to date. 12. Keep focus on delivering according to company strategy. 13. Program management when implementing new products, including making project plan, delegation of task to the right person and follow up any progress to insure that project plan is achieved. 14. Secure that new products can be released for production from reception of part to shipment, and insure that documentation, processes, engineering change can be done in a correct way according to customer document. 15. Technical contact person internal with regards to product or customer, including clearing of process, routes, programming, etc. 16. Technical contact person toward suppliers regarding to approval of alternatives. 17. Follow up production status and feedback to customer 18. Plans and forecast customer future requirements for existing/new products. 19. Receive, review and request addition PO for existing/new products. 20. Coordinate quoted, re-quoted price and ECO cost for existing/new customers. 21. Coordinate and implement customer business review. 22. Establish, Implement and take actions (if needed) to ensure that customer’s debt insurance is in control. 23. Oversee the planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of special projects. 24. To be a leader of project improvement in term of cost, delivery and quality. 25. To be a leader in the conference call with the customers.
Qualification (Education/ Work experience/ Skill) : 1.Male/Female minimum 5 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing or 3 years experience in electronics management level. 2. 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
