Qualifications

• BA in Economics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Capital markets or Financial Market field.
• Energetic, knowledgeable and self-motivate.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as customer service skills.
• Knowledge of FX and other financial markets.

1. Manage and oversee financial management operations to support business investment plans and meet the company's goals.
2. Manage and supervise financial operations, manage the organization's overall financial risks, such as foreign exchange rate fluctuations for imported/exported goods, customer credit risk, commodity price fluctuations, and liquidity risk. Commodity price fluctuations, and liquidity risk.
3. Manage, evaluate, plan and supervise the company's major investments, as well as find investment sources, monitor, analyze and compare the performance of various investment projects according to the specified plans or goals.
4. Manage cash flow and working capital efficiently and proactively, especially managing debtors, creditors and inventory in line with the business cycle of distributing various products to increase liquidity and profits.
5. Manage and build good relationships with financial institutions and various sources of funds, including coordinating financial transactions.
6. Supervise budgeting, financial reporting, and taxation to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as manage profits by conducting in-depth analysis of costs and selling prices of products/services to recommend pricing strategies and gross profit improvements in collaboration with sales and purchasing departments.

1. Manage, supervise, advise and teach subordinates to work efficiently and achieve the set goals and plans.
2. Approve leave and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
3. Supervise and control the operations of the agency to comply with the regulations, procedures, and quality standards set.
4. Monitor and control expenses to be in accordance with the budget plan, including overseeing and checking disbursements within the agency.
5. Prepare the agency's annual budget plan.

1. Completed a bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or other related fields, or has equivalent work experience
2. Have experience in financial management and accounting or equivalent for 10 years or more.
3. Experience in Trading, Distribution or Supply Chain Intensive Industries and understanding the manufacturing processes related to products and packaging.
4. Have 10 years or more experience in management.
5. Have in-depth understanding of trading and distribution business, working capital and cash flow management, risk management specific to trading business, financial modeling and valuation, tax and regulatory compliance.
6. Expertise in ERP systems and financial and risk management tools
7. Have good knowledge and skills in using MS Office.
8. Have knowledge and understanding of accounting and tax standards.
9. Ability to analyze and prepare financial statements
10. Good command of English Skill

Key Responsibilities:

• Use the company's client / lead database to identify potential clients, re-activate dormant ones, and upsell / cross-sell services.
• Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, perform telesales to convert leads into active accounts.
• Explain and promote the fintech platform's products (features, benefits, risks).
• Maintain and build relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, repeat business, and referrals.
• Negotiate terms, manage contract details, help onboard clients, ensure they are trained/comfortable using the trading platform.
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, use marketing materials, feedback from clients to improve messaging.
• Track sales performance, monitor KPIs (e.g. number of calls, conversion rate, volume of trades, customer deposits).
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations (e.g. KYC, AML, financial regulations).
• Provide regular reports to management on progress, issues, opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• Additional certifications in finance, trading, or sales are a plus.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in sales / business development / telesales.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confidence in telesales / phone-based sales.
• Comfortable using CRM tools.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, resilient (able to handle rejection), organized, with good time-management.
• Strong analytical skills, able to analyze lead conversion, sales metrics, etc., to adjust tactics is preferred.
• Customer-focused and service-minded.
