Job Description
Duties:
- Manages sales operations in an organization for Traditional Trade channel
- Manage sales forecasting, planning, and buyer-driven sales and marketing processes
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
- Plan to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with key customers and distributors
- Plan sales promotion/campaigns to meet the target of sales volume and selling price
- Understands the competitive landscape & market trends
- Forecasts the budget unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and result
- Identify and solve client issues
- Train and supervise sales staff
- Reports and analyzes sales results and trends
- Works closely with the Management and operations teams
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG industry
- Have experience in Traditional trade
- Have an experience in negotiation with Buyer in Modern Trade Channel will be advantage
- Experience having subordinate
- Have both management skills and operational skills
- Able to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person's perspective
- Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting, and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.
- Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good English communication
- Proficient in computer skills (Especially Excel)

- Working day: 5 days per week
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plan sales strategies to increase and achieve team goals in traditional trade (TT) OR Modern trade (MT) channel
- Conduct marketing /project campaign evaluation, review the business plan
- Explore and analyze market opportunity
- Monitoring sales and distributor performance
- Manage the sales team, oversee their performance and all sales activities
- Handle customer complaints and solve all related issues
Planning on sales and marketing
Other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Sales& Marketing from FMCG industry
- Strong in Traditional Trade OR Modern Trade
- Experience in managing team
- Good command in English
- Have computer skills
- Hold a driving license and own car
