Responsibilities:

Production planning /Materials Management

• Able to calculate material requirement depend on production forecast/sales order requirement.
• Conducts production meetings with management and secures approval of production plans.
• Ensure that the production schedule of manufacturing is align with delivery schedule, review daily ,weekly and monthly.
• Reviews revision of production plans and allocations based on finished goods inventory report and urgent requirement/demands of both local and export sales.

Job Description

• Manage and control Raw Materials stocks system to achevie target as not overflow and alert to team when found abnormal issue.

Qualification

Purpose of Position

• As part of the Planning and Logistics team, coordinate with internal or external clients, as well as government officials, to ensure that orders are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Provide assistance for maintaining logistics planning tasks.
• Support with maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans and similar data corresponding to regulatory and QMS requirement.

Key Accountabilities

• Handle air freight (Export) for customs clearance process.
• Perform submitting formula at BOI.
• Perform submitting formula at Customs (19BIS)
• Perform to request permission to import/Export of the FDA &AEO

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain or logistics with 2 years' experience in BOI and Import & Export.
• Thorough understanding of customs clearance procedures and import/export documentation and process.
• Computer literate, experience with SAP would be a plus.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Good command of English

• Regularly release forecasted, confirmed, and urgent orders to suppliers. Establish plans for parts resource preparation, supporting parts ordering during production plan fluctuations.
