Sous la supervision de l'enseignante principale, l'assistante pédagogique :

  • Accompagne les élèves tout au long de la journée dans leurs apprentissages : français, mathématiques, PBL (Project-Based Learning) ;
  • Encadre et guide les élèves dans leurs activités autonomes afin de développer leur autonomie et leur capacité à faire des choix ;
  • Favorise un climat de classe serein, sécurisant et respectueux, en gérant les petits conflits avec bienveillance et écoute ;
  • Encourage les enfants, les rassure, les aide à surmonter leurs frustrations ou difficultés quotidiennes ;
  • Encadre des activités (ateliers, manipulations, jeux pédagogiques) en français, mathématiques et projets PBL ;
  • Dans les projets PBL, stimule l'esprit critique, soutient l'initiative personnelle, et encourage les interactions positives dans les groupes d'élèves ;
  • Prépare le matériel pédagogique (découpage, plastification, rangement, étiquetage, affichage, etc.) ;
  • Observe les enfants et fait part de ses remarques à l'enseignante pour aider à ajuster l'accompagnement individuel ;
  • Participe à l'organisation et à la mise en œuvre de moments clés de la vie de classe : expositions, présentations, sorties pédagogiques, etc.

Profil recherché

  • Thaïlandaise avec une très bonne maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit ;
  • Très active, aimant sincèrement les enfants, motivée à les aider à progresser et à s'épanouir ;
  • Bienveillante, équitable (ne fait aucune différence entre les enfants) et ouverte d'esprit ;
  • Prend des initiatives, sait anticiper les besoins des enfants et de l'enseignante ;
  • Curieuse, dynamique, attentive et désireuse de participer à la vie de la classe au quotidien ;
  • Un intérêt pour les pédagogies actives, l'accompagnement individualisé, et les approches collaboratives ;
  • Une première expérience en école serait un plus.
