Position Objective
Lead the company's sales and trade marketing strategy to achieve sustainable revenue growth, expand brand presence in the pet and animal health market, and prepare the organization for IPO readiness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Sales Execution
- Develop and implement clear, actionable sales and marketing strategies across both veterinary and pet food segments.
- Manage annual sales plans and ensure alignment with corporate targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry insights to inform strategic decisions.
2. Sales and Marketing Team Management
- Lead multiple sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations and performance.
- Define and monitor KPIs with regular performance reviews.
- Foster a professional team culture, encourage high performance, and maintain strong employee retention.
3. New Product Launches and Marketing Campaigns
- Oversee product launches, ensuring sales growth and systematic ROI tracking of marketing activities.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure all launch activities meet timelines and marketing materials are fully prepared.
4. Customer and Partnership Development
- Strengthen and expand relationships with key accounts including veterinary hospitals, clinics, and pet shops.
- Drive customer acquisition strategies while retaining existing business.
- Build and maintain sustainable partnerships with suppliers and strategic partners.
5. IPO Readiness
- Establish standardized sales reporting systems and budgeting processes.
- Implement large-enterprise-level sales and marketing management systems.
- Collaborate with finance and audit teams to prepare data and support IPO processes.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or direct experience in the pet/animal health industry.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales/Marketing with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success managing nationwide sales and marketing teams of 10+ people.
- Experience in large organizations within the animal health or pet nutrition sector.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and brand building.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional team management skills.
- Deep knowledge of B2B markets (veterinary hospitals, clinics, pet shops) and the pet ecosystem.
- Established relationships with key accounts in Thailand.
