As the role of Content & Digital Marketing to develop and execute compelling content strategies across digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing digital marketing campaigns, supporting public relations efforts, conducting market research, and analyzing data to drive results. With excellent writing skills, digital marketing expertise, and a data-driven mindset, you will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness, driving website - social media traffic, and generating leads through effective content and digital marketing initiatives.
**2/ Duties & Responsibilities**
**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation and Management**:
- Create engaging and effective content (website banners, official photos & videos, brochures, company collaterals, presentations, press releases) for various digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Write and produce high-quality content that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing objectives and develop content strategies to achieve communication goals.
- Ensure consistency in content quality, tone, and messaging across all digital channels.
**Digital Marketing and Promotion**:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website - social traffic, and generate leads through digital channels.
- Manage and optimize social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer collaborations.
- Analyze and interpret website analytics, social media metrics, and other data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
**Public Relations and Communications**:
- Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in analyzing, selecting, and collecting media coverage.
- Bridge with external and internal stakeholders on communication projects.
- Plan and execute publicity strategies, campaigns, and activities.
- Handle inquiries from the public, press, and related organizations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with media, bloggers, and influencers.
- Organize and attend promotional events, such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits.
- Coordinate with media representatives and sponsors.
**Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research with Sales & Marketing Manager to understand the target audience, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
- Perform competitive intelligence research to ensure price positioning of long and short courses.
- Analyze and interpret research data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
**3/ Communications and operational support**
**On top of your main missions, you may support the EDNLBS team in various missions, such as**:
- Participate to fairs and exhibits
- Support in physical schools events promoting the school: PR events, open days, masterclass, etc.
**4/ Profile**
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of successful experience in digital marketing, with a good mastery of social media, digital paid media, and creating digital content.
- Excellent knowledge of 360 digital channels: SEO, SEA, CRM, website management, and a deep understanding of social media platforms, market specificities, and best practices.
- Proven track record of creating high-performing digital content, including excellent copywriting skills in Thai and English, proficiency in digital content tools (e.g., Canva, Banner Snack), and experience in taking pictures and filming for social media usage.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams in a multicultural environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to juggle strategy and operations seamlessly.
- Rigorous, agile, and responsive, with a passion for the world of gastronomy and the notion of transmission and excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.

- Manage external resources, such as agencies and consultants.
- Report hierarchically to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Collaborate daily with the Sales and Marketing Manager to support business needs.
