Responsibilities
The Skills & Training Advisor is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering internal training programs that ensure staff across multiple departments (Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Marketing & Finance) are competent, compliant, and aligned with up-to-date company processes. The role includes assessing training needs, creating content, maintaining compliance with Work Instructions, and supporting a continuous learning culture across AU and UK time zones.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
The Skills & Training Advisor shall do the following to accomplish the above.
● Design, schedule, and deliver training sessions and materials for new and existing employees in Customer Service, Sales, and Operations.
● Collaborate with department heads to ensure training content aligns with current and updated Work Instructions and company procedures.
● Regularly review, assess, and maintain training materials and internal documentation for accuracy and compliance.
● Provide induction training for new hires and refresher sessions for existing team members.
● Ensure training delivery accommodates AU and UK time zones (shift coverage between 11:00–19:30 (Indochina GMT+7).
● Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
● Maintain accurate training records and training logs.
● Report on training activity and identify trends or gaps in knowledge.
● Coordinate with management on staff development plans.
● Support continuous improvement in service delivery by identifying and addressing skill gaps.
● Participate in the review and revision of SOPs and Work Instructions alongside relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a training or learning and development role (minimum 2–3 years).
- Experience designing and facilitating training in a corporate or service environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training delivery methods.
- Ability to engage both in-person and remote teams effectively.
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using training software, Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and communication tools (e.g. Zoom, Meet, Teams).
- Knowledge of the transportation or logistics industry is advantageous.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written English (accent must be clearly understandable)
- Work on-site 100% in Pattaya
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ฿35, ฿50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
